Our journey began 8 years ago in Birmingham, with a single container, a brave man, a Sprinter van, and a dispatcher fueled by enthusiasm and a dream. Through hard work and unwavering determination, that dream gradually transformed into reality. Today, we operate from a massive warehouse and office, employing 160 dedicated staff members and utilizing over 60 vans to serve customers daily.

We specialize in courier services, focusing primarily on furniture transportation, including wardrobes, chairs, sofas, desks, tables, and sideboards. Additionally, our expert couriers are trained to handle motorcycles, pianos, and sports equipment. Proovia proudly serves local shops, auction houses, and residents, collecting and delivering items all across the UK.

Great service from start to finish

Great service from start to finish.
First time using this company , a little hiccup with emails sent out late the evening before asking for the final payment which I was unable to pick up until late in the evening , however, quickly resolved the following morning. Large piece of antique furniture was carefully wrapped and loaded into the van with care.
Both collection client and delivery client happy.

5 stars for Sabin

5 stars for Sabin. Took extra care in ensuring parcels were correctly labelled and waited whilst we quickly finished taping up a package. Friendly and helpful. Thank you.

REPOSTING AS STILL NO RESPONSE OVER A…

REPOSTING AS STILL NO RESPONSE OVER A MONTH BACK AND FORTHING Awful.
-Damaged a high value product in transit.
-Little to no response/accountability/replies to my emails and queries.
-Didn't accept responsibility or acknowledge I had paid £89 extra for specialist delivery. They left my new bike in a communal post room, unboxed/packaged/damaged and notable impact on the wheels. Then claimed that their insurance didn't cover damage in delivery?
- Customer service team is apparently none exsistent- asked me to put a claim in which I did twice, for them then to ignore it, delayed response and when they finally did come back offered 1/5 of the amount I had claimed for as compensation. When I replied to this, they again vanished.
-Poor all round.
