Wish we'd known you could get searches direct before
Incredibly quick and kept us (and our solicitors) immediately updated with each part of the searches. Didn't even have to forward anything over to them. Wish we'd known you could go direct before because it was quicker, less expensive and we knew when the searches had been done without having to rely on solicitors telling us.
Amazing service, highly recommend

Great experience twice now and helps speed up my conveyance. Solicitors can't fob you off "they are waiting for the search results" now when you take control. Estate agents are impressed and see how pro active you are. They even asked for the details!

Great service
Getting our property searches immediately made a huge difference to us as we were able to find out about a TPO (Tree Preservation Order) in a property we had an offer accepted on. If we had found out later I believe we would have just carried on with the transaction due to momentum. Finding out early allowed us to pull out and find a much better property.
