The fastest and best service - Highly Recommend
Having found them online and having never ordered searches before, the help from Dan and his team has been fantastic. They gave me great advice and managed to turn around all the searches in less than 8days (local searches I was told by my solicitor take on avg 25 days). I would highly recommend and will be using them on all future projects.

Second time and hard to believe even quicker than before….
This is the second time I have used this service, coincidentally at the same time as my daughter. Very quick and efficient. The completed search was on the solicitor’s desk before she even opened the conveyance file so cannot use ‘waiting for searches’ as an excuse not to crack on! I will continue to use this excellent service.

Out of this world amazing
It took only 10 days to receive all of my searches back for a property purchase. Totally amazing and I can certainly say I would never wait for our solicitors to order their own searches for any future house purchases. It has sped up the process so much, and was so easy to order and receive the reports.

Very prompt and responsive service.
Very prompt and responsive service, and excellent status updates along the way. In depth reports which gave great insight into the property. I upgraded to the Groundsure Avista pack ( total £345 , as compared to £285 homebuyers pack), and it was worth the additional price.
PSD also paid the local council on their own for a expedited search.
PSD is truly efficient and I would recommend it to all homebuyers. Be armed with these reports, as soon as your offer is accepted, and before you sign up for a solicitor. if you find major issues in the reports, you can renegotiate or walk away ,and you don't have to pay the solicitors. They will do the searches at their own leisure and if they find a problem at the last minute , you will need to pay them, even if you walk away from the deal.

You're absolutely right that taking control of your search order has its benefits. Even if you have instructed a conveyancer, there is nothing to stop home buyers getting the searches underway....just tell your conveyancer that is what you're doing.
Great for spotting any issues and, if needs be, renegotiating the deal if required.
