Price difference
Just got off their site and was shocked to find that Public Rec has charged almost double because I use the Canadian Dollar. One pair of Day maker pants was advertised at $108 US and when using the Canadian currency the same pants were marked at $198 Canadian. Since when does Public Rec have the power to set monetary values of foreign currencies and why would I ever pay their ludicrous price. No Stretch pants is worth their asking price and god knows what the shipping cost would be. Are you NUTS down their.
Thieves and liars, basically
Been messed around by this company over a refund due for a belt that they mischarged me for. Received multiple assurances from them but when it came to the refund... nothing. They have fed me contradictory responses and some utterly comical replies. Absolute jokers, do not trust this company. Shop elsewhere
Missed my order entirely
Missed my order entirely, after I had paid for 3 pairs of pants.
Wrote them 3 weeks later where they confirmed the order hadn't been processed by their shipping team.
They apologized and promised expedited delivery.
Public Rec wrote back a couple days later saying they forgot to do expedited shipping (sure...) but that the order was coming.
Today I recieved only 2 pairs of pants, with Public Rec screwing up the order again.
AVOID. Three separate critical mistakes, zero accountability. And all they've offered is a 20% off coupon for future purchases.
Why would I ever buy from Public Rec again?

Good product service terrible
I have purchased 6 products previously as a return customer. I wrote an email during a sale period re: a product before purchasing. 3 days after the sale, I got what I needed but could not get the sale period price…. Their incompetence.

Do Not Use Public Rec!!!
The product was way too big so I returned it using their nominated shipper (DHL) and all the correct return numbers etc. 6 months and 5 emails later I have no reply, no refund. I have now given up on getting a refund as promised. This company are hopeless and seem to just ignore requests for a refund which they promise on their website. Do not use or trust them!
Good Product, Bad Company
I was super excited to try their product but like all of the other poor reviews I never received it and it never even left their warehouse according to the tracking. It's a shame a company with a quality product has such horrible service. Hopefully someone acquires them that actually cares about the customer after the payment is received because I emailed them with my concerns and they didn't care at all.

Sizes far too big, refused full credit-can only buy more
Clothes looked like something my son would love. What I did not know is that all of their sizes run much bigger. My son wears 34 slacks, regular-they literally fell off of him. I tried to return them cuz never worn. They only gave me less than 50% of a credit but to only buy more of their clothing! The only thing I didn't see was the mask they'd be wearing when they stole my money!

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. My order shipped...they said 5-7 business days. By day 7 it showed on the tracking that it still didnt leave CA. I tried 3 times with Customer Service and they did nothing except tell me to wait a little longer...even though package never left CA. You should also not make the customer chase you down...someone in operations should be proactive and reach out to customers to tell them what the next steps are.
For $130 not great quality.
For $130, the first time I wore them at my desk, the material on the thigh started to wear off. These were a Christmas gift from my wife this year. I wear pants and jeans of all prices and brands and this was the first time it happened. They are soft, but not durable.
Avoid this company. You'll never receive the goods
I ordered a pair of pants end of November and one month later I still haven't received them. I live in Portugal and they used a very weird courier company who have delivered them to a remote despatch centre an hour and a half drive from me. They then told me to contact the company to arrange delivery. However there's no option to do that anywhere on the couriers website. I have contacted PublicRec several times telling them it's their responsibility to deliver the item to me not mine to deal with their dodgy courier company. But sadly they seem fine to take the money but not interested if you receive the goods or not. I would avoid this company.
Weekend joggers weird fit returned
Happy with pants I kept, but the weekend joggers I purchased had the weirdest fit long drop short inseam. Gave a review to warn others, they received it, but not showing. All reviews are 5 star. That's a joke.
shipping department problems
I've never ordered from Public Rec but heard great things about them. I ordered 2 types of pants for Christmas for my husband. I ordered them on 12/14 for Christmas delivery. Today is Friday 12/22. They will not be delivered today and Public Rec 'does not have a contract with fedex for weekend and holiday delivery' so they will not be delivered before Christmas. So disappointing. If I would have known sooner, I could have made other plans.

Service is horrifically bad. They are like dealing with a cable company. I've wasted hours of my life and they try their best to do nothing. Completely unhelpful with basic requests. They will waste your time, then play dumb and act like there is nothing they can do. Clothes are OK, but for the price, you can do much better. Stay away

I ordered a pair of pant 2 weeks ago and no other communication from your company, like I am being ghosted. How on earth does anyone contact you? People yell about Amazon taking over and it is for good reason. They deliver and their customer service outshines everyone. I have tried many different way to get a hold of anyone but to no avail. DO NOT use this company. I already know I will not get the pants or the refund. Feels like quite a scam.
Zero customer service
I placed 3 orders. I initially I was very happy. I still haven’t had any real issues with the product. HOWEVER, should you ever need any customer service…forget it!! There is no phone number or physical address. All customer service is via email. That itself is ok and I could’ve dealt with it. But response is sporadic at best. A shipment never left their warehouse. When they did reply they kept insisting it did leave and blamed it on the carrier. Finally more than a month later, and after countless emails, they begrudgingly issued a partial refund. I’m still fighting for the balance. Save yourself the aggravation and look elsewhere.
