BAD SERVICE!!!!!

I placed my order first week of December and did not get any of my gifts for xmas. I ask customer service and all they do is send me a tracking number. It has been in the same spot for the past 5 days. Posted to web gaurenteed my Xmas and didn't get it. Very shameful will never place an order again

Butchered Photo and Still Printed on Socks

The cat picture I sent them to print on socks was an excellent example, but they did a hack job in editing and cut off the the cats ears and then printed it on the socks. It looks like the cat has a flat head. Customer service not very helpful. No returns, exchanges or fixes. Refund minus $10.00
These were going to be an xmas gift,but not now. Not a great experience.

These are terrible quality socks

These are terrible quality socks, and very expensive. They don’t offer refunds either so I feel I’ve been had. I wouldn’t even call them socks, more like spandex tubes. Also the item arrived way later than advertised

CHEAP!!!!

I gave it one because it won't do zero stars. I bought my 1st pup socks blanket about 3-4 years ago. Could not have been happier or more pleased. Constant compliments. So I decided to order a second one and the quality of the material is thin as a tissue. I ordered fleece previously and its a very nice blanket. The new blanket are thin and like sand paper. To call it fleece is an injustice to the name. You can see in the pic just how THIN the new blanket is. I wish I had never purchased this one.

terrible customer service

Made an order as I had done before. I noticed the next day that the ship to address was incorrect. I emailed CS and asked that they change it to correct one. It didn't seem like a major ask, as they didn't have time to fabricate order, so it wasn't sent. They said that its policy not to change ANYTHING after 3 hours. What A-HOLES. SO many companies don't care in the least, DO NOT GIVE THESE JERKS Business!! There are MANY companies that do the same thing.

Quality has gone downhill!!!

This company has really lost its quality. I ordered a pair of socks 5/6 years ago and they were adorable and decent quality. I was allowed to have an entire body rather than just a floating head. These socks stayed vibrant and did not fade or distort when worn.
Now!? Now I ordered a pair and no more images I want, just floating heads that an automated system decides on. They arrived and the quality is crap! My fiance is size 11 and the minute he put them on the bright red turned to orange and our dogs face is all distorted.
Don't say "one size fits all" if they sick for larger feet! If they were on smaller feet- might still be cute but this new sock material and shape is so bad.
So pissed I spent $50 on these cheap socks! The company has gone down hill but the prices have not! Find a different company!

Horrible Customer Service

I placed an order for a blanket with a cat's face on it and got a 50% off discount which had 4 hours left at the time of order. On it. I accidentally ordered the dog blanket instead of the cat blanket. I emailed them 5 minutes after to let them know of the issue. They got back to me 7 hours later telling me to reorder and cancel.

I tried to explain the discount code issue (as it had expired). They told me I could enter the discount code. I tried to reorder and discount did not work. They said I had used the code already and couldn't use it again. I then tried to cancel and was told I couldn't cancel as it had been more than 3 hours since the order was placed even though I notified them of the issue 5 minutes after the order.

If I could I would give a negative #…

If I could I would give a negative # for the review. NOTE that before you buy they have been changing 100's of people $38.77 on your credit card for MONTHS (THey got me for 14 months) they automatically charge you a monthly subscription of $38.77 for "digital content apps" are you NOT signing up for. DO NOT TRUST THEM. I AM TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK NOW.

Looks good but not comfy

Got the blanket. It looks good. But it’s not very comfortable. Definitely the least comfy blanket I own. Stitched well. But I wouldn’t use it. I gave it to the dog. Plenty of other options for customizable blankets that are cheaper and comfier.

New with holes - defective

I gave these socks to my husband for Christmas. The ordering process was stressful. After trying to complete the order several times on the mobile app and being unsuccessful with contacting customer service, I finally ordered on the website. Tracking information was difficult even though I paid extra for faster printing And shipping. My husband chuckled at them and put them away in a drawer. (Only reason for 2 stars) I was surprised to see just how thin the material was, and wondered how you’d be able to make out the image once you actually put them on. He wore them for the first time today, and there are already holes along the seams And the socks themselves are just awkward. I doubt he will get more than one way out of them since they are already ripping in several places. Brand new out of the package and holes everywhere. He commented this morning, I really hope you didn’t pay very much for these. I did buy two pair, so I certainly didn’t tell him what they cost. Not worth the money at all.

Update: pup socks gave a partial refund and shipped a new pair of socks for free. We’ll see if the new pair are in good condition when they arrive. Not sure I’d go as far as recommending the socks, but does make me feel a little better about customer satisfaction. Updated to 3 stars.

Low quality and fraudulent charges

I ordered 3 pair of socks for Christmas thinking it would be a fun stocking stuffer. The socks were low quality and they got my order wrong...twice. They never did get the order completely correct. Unfortunately, that isn't the worst part. They enrolled me in a monthly subscription program without my knowledge and continued to charge my credit card.

P.S. - TrustPilot: you should make a zero stars option

Poor quality control

Poor quality control. Socks were ripped up as if they got caught in the printer. Very poor customer service. Six weeks after they said they would send replacement. I still have nothing. Beware of this company. Bad experience.

This company surreptitiously signs…

This company surreptitiously signs customers up to a paid subscription coupon site as part of a sock purchase. The customer’s credit card is then charged a monthly fee for the subscription. Customers only learn about this when the charge appears on their credit card statement. Once signed up it is difficult to cancel and unsubscribe. Pupsock does not provide a refund or any real assistance to cancel the subscription. Nor do they respond to customer complaints about this poor unwitting business practice. Recommendation: Do not purchase anything from this company as their business practices are shady.

Socks ripped on arrival

Socks ripped the first time they were put on. Runners all over both of them. Cute idea, but not if you ever expect to put them on. Contact with customer service resulted in nothing. No reply to my question or complaint. Glad I received item, I guess. Seems like many didn't or didn't in a timely fashion. This was a special Christmas gift for my wife, and it turned out to be a waste of money and pretty embarrassing to be honest.

Unable to fulfill orders and POOR service

Item was promised by 12/24/23 and did not arrive as promised before Christmas.
Item was poor quality and they sent me a pair of socks that does NOT have my dog on it....it is someone else's dog.
It is 1/117/24 and I do not yet have the corrected order. When I asked for a refund of shipping charges because it did not arrive prior to xmas as promised..... they ignored me.
When I received the incorrect item and asked for a refund......they continued to ignore me. Terrible experience.
