Dont buy from pupsocks!Placed order in November when checking…
Placed order in November when checking it with promise of delivery before Christmas. Sent email requesting status first week of December and recieved reply that was in production. Finally recieved message that it had shipped however shipping number provided said was not an acceptable number. Several attempt after this message to email and all were were returned as "unable to send". Finally recieved socks on 24th and couldn't believe how large they were they would fit around a thigh, not a foot or calf! Of course no way to request a refund as no phone number provided or email that receives replies. Very dissatisfied.
Absolute nightmare company …
I placed an order on December 11th with the understanding that my order would arrive by Christmas. I received my order on December 31st just to find out that it wasn’t my order at all. Someone else’s pet was printed on the socks. I uploaded two photos of our cats and what I received was a chihuahua. I’ve sent two emails with no response. Next step will be to dispute charge with my bank, since this company appears to have zero regard for their customers.
Horrible Product
**Edited to say, I have now expedited my claim with PayPal for a full refund due to the company’s lack of response.
Not only did my product not come when promised, it did not even resemble my dog, or ANY dog for that matter! I have tried to reach this "company" numerous times with no success.
Unfortunately I cannot upload a photo here of what they sent me, but it is literally a black blob on cheap white socks! The picture does not even resemble a dog. They state right on their website that if there are any issues with the photo sent, they will notify you. I got no notification so I have to assume they accepted my photo as suitable.
I have requested a refund. We shall see this company's true colors...
When I received the order
When I received the order, I was not happy with the quality of the material, the print quality was great. I told customer service and they were very attentive and offered a credit. I gave them to my daughter for Christmas. I was completely WRONG. She said "best gift ever" loved them and is probably wearing them now. (she is 28 by the way). I reordered and got a matching mask. Thru it all, the customer service department was responsive, attentive and fantastic.
absolute scam. stay away!!
absolute scam. zero customer service. they spend all of their resources on digital marketing, but yet i couldn't even cancel an order before it went into production. they claimed a "guaranteed delivery by christmas" weeks ago and my estimated delivery is in the new year. 4 customer service requests that will "take a few hours to get back to you" are all unanswered over the course of 2 weeks. Take your business elsewhere!!
WORST
WORST. COMPANY. EVER.
IF YOU CHOOSE TO ORDER FROM THEM, BUYER BEWARE!
I am writing to warn anybody who is…
I am writing to warn anybody who is thinking of ordering from Pupsocks, DO NOT! I ordered 4 pair as part of a Christmas gift for my 4 grandsons on Dec. 5. There was no warning that an order placed then would possibly not be delivered for Christmas. On Dec 17 I contacted them via email (they do not have a viable phone number) and after a couple of days received an answer telling me that the the date I ordered probably would not be to me for the holiday. Since the 17th I have checked the progress of the order and it says "in production". I sent another email on the 21st and have not had a reply. I sent another email today demanding a response and a cancellation with my card credited. We have already received our mail today so that leaves Monday. I have not received a tracking number which you are told indicates a 4 day time in which you should receive your order. Again, do not do business with them.
