Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I ordered socks and the stacking said they were delivered January 5. I had not received anything so when I looked at the detailed tracking it said they were delivered on January 5 to a completely different state. I sent them them an email and their only response was to check with "my carrier". My carrier? You chose the carrier and they were not delivered to me and what is the the carrier going to do? They are gone now to the wrong address. I want my socks or a refund not an "oops". Good customer service would have been to immediately reprint the socks and send them overnight or immediately issue a refund.

Place my order on 12/2 with a guaranteed delivery date of 12/10-12/14, called on 12/12 to follow up and order was not even processed except for the free gift bag. Told customer service to cancel since I would never get it in time. She agreed and I have the message stating refund in the works. One week later they shipped the order, too late for Christmas, order never arrived even with the tracking number. 1/11 and they finally agreed to give me a refund but kept $10 for a processing fee on something I cancelled, never received and by now didn't want. NEVER user this company!!!!

I ordered socks and a blanket and paid for express service the week before Christmas. My order did not arrive until January and NO FREE GIFT AS PROMISED. I emailed them to ask if the gift comes separately. They responded with needing a picture of my order sent to them. I sent them a picture of my order along with a copy of the delivery notification showing only 2 of the 3 items were delivered. They responded to that telling me that I received the gift bag with my order. So they are saying I'm lying to them. ALSO, my order was a great disappointment. The pics were too dark and the overall quality was not worth the $75 I spent.
Don't trust their shipping process
I ordered socks through Pupsocks as a Christmas gift because they guaranteed delivery by 12/24 and included a free gift bag. Awesome! I went ahead and paid the Express Printing charge of $7.00, and paid for Express 2-day delivery. When the socks hadn't arrived by 12/27, which was already too late (the recipient had gone home), I emailed the company. They apologized and said they would get a new order started AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO ME! WHAT?! I asked to have the expediting charges refunded. They did refund the $7.00 printing charge, but none of the shipping. I received the order on 12/28, no gift bag. On 1/3/2024, I received an email telling me that my order had been delivered on 12/27. No apologies. No explanation. The socks are okay quality. My only positive comment - they got the right dogs on them.

Ordered socks and a blanket with our little dog's picture. Our dog is white, but the pictures were rendered tan color. Also, we were promised a gift bag for the socks which was missing. Attempted to contact the vendor several times but no response. Will not buy from them again.
Recent Pup Sock Order
The pup socks I received were great. Unfortunately, the cat socks were a great disappointment. The cat photo I included with my order was an orange tabby. The cat on the socks is so dark, you can barely see its face….almost black. When I tried to reach the company by responding on their website, I received a message that my mail had been returned as “undeliverable.” 😡😡😡
Total scam
When I ordered, the system within the website changed my shipping adress. I notified the customer service as soon as I realized, but the person I have been talking to kept ignoring my messages and replied with automated messages. Because the order is marked as delivered on their side, they refused to issue a refund. We then finally agreed on sending out a replacement to the correct adress (1 month ago!). They say it is still in production, but seeing other reviews here, I don't believe this to be true. AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COST.

Not only did the company send a generic pair of socks with a dog face on it after I custom ordered a pair with my cat's face, but the company also did not reply to several attempts to contact them using their own methods to remedy the issue. I am escalating the issue with Paypal in an attempt to get a refund.
A Scam and Sham Company
A Scam and Sham Company. I placed an order on Nov 17th, 2022, for 2 socks to test out. Website creates false expectation of fast turnaround and receipt in 5-7 business days.
At 5-7 business days I checked the status of my order and could see it still had NOT been produced.
Made several attempts to escalate with their support to expedite and/or get a good reason for the delay. The response was a typical we are overwhelmed with orders and sorry for the inconvenience. Given I placed the order prior to the usual big expected sales crunch of black Friday this only confirms that this company was NEVER prepared to process any orders of any size.

Dishonest-false advertising
Their site promised two days to shipment. A week later my order shows as "in production". They will not arrive in time.
I asked to cancel and was told I would need to pay a $9 non-refundable fee per item fee.
So I pay a fee for them not honoring their committment? Rediculous. I'll make sure not spend another penny with them.

Absolutely avoid Pupsocks! SCAM
I placed an order in late november for like 150$. While the company Pupsocks promised it would be delivered before christmas, I still haven’t received the package as we are entering summer.
I usually don’t write reviews and certainly avoid negative feedback, but this is absolutely unacceptable. I received a mail in early december confirming it indeed was in transit, but there is absolutely no way it’s still stuck, even though the pandemic sure enough slows delivery times.
Maybe it works if you live in USA, however if you live in Europe absolutely keep your money.
Big Hassle but AWESOME blanket
My brother got a blanket of his 3 dogs for his wife & it was adorable, I decided to treat myself.
They do have a live chat window that didn’t always have someone available. I did get someone and was able to ask their opinion if the pictures of my two dogs were good. I was told they were perfect.
With a coupon code the one sided blanket cost $62, the 2nd size. Perfect for my desk chair to wrap in.
The pictures I sent in was my lab/pit with her huge tongue hanging out and a good close up of my schnauzer and his warm brown eyes. I picked the galaxy print.
The order did arrive quickly. I was sad when I got it that the tongue was see through in a way where the galaxy print could be seen. My black schnauzer was just a blob.
I contacted them thru their email right away. (& today it told me it was full…weird.)
They said they reviewed my order and said came out as pictures were. Wrong. I argued back. They credit my account to get another blanket. Problem is it is not technically credit it’s a coupon code so it prohibited me to get another at price I previously paid. They said that is the only way they can give credit. BS
I did order galaxy again, I emailed 2 new pictures to them. They reminded me of good quality standards of the photos. I sent them two more they said they were perfect. Both dogs had their tongues out but over their chin.
Since I had to pay for part of my order I decided to pay the extra $10 to have the print on both sides. It was shipped the next day.
When it arrived I was so happy. It was perfect and so worth the extra fee to have print on both sides, blanket feels heavier. Very snuggly.
A huge hassle and it ended up costing me $80 for a lap blanket. Never in my life will I pay that again. Glad I have this one and hope to great quality lasts my life time.
Concerned about profit, not delivery dates.
Ordered a pair of socks in november - still haven't recieved my socks they should have been a 1st december gift. They have charged me my money though. I'm now at a point where I've given up.
To be fair, customer service is attentive and try to fix the problems - they probably have a lot a bad days at the office with such problematic supply chain and business structure. The two stars are for the customer service.
Also, I recieved (I am not kidding) 5-8 marketing emails pr. week with offerings, every time I thought it would be about my pending order, but no. Your marketing setup is to ambitious and production CLEARLY can't keep up. When you keep on doing business like that, your motives should be questioned. Cheers to customer service.
BUYER BEWARE re: Pup Socks
Finally got the socks that I ordered in mid-November 2021 yesterday (January 25, 2022). After writing several emails and unsatisfactory reviews on this website, I was informed that Pup Socks would re-send my original order on January 5th. Now I know there have been weather delays and COVID-19 pandemic delays, but other companies have managed to deliver their products on time so overall, my experience with Pup Socks is unsatisfactory. I am glad I finally got what I paid for but it still took 3 months (and some complaining on my part)!!! My final comment on this matter is "buyer beware" when it comes to doing business with Pup Socks!
Paced my order saying it would arrive…
Placed my order saying it would arrive before Christmas. Of course that didn’t happen. When I received the product after the fact it was nothing like that was expected. The pictures I provided with two dogs together were separated into two images making it impossible to recognize if they were even my dogs. Blanket was cheap colors were distorted. I was shocked and highly disappointed. I tried to communicate and was told due to busy times they would get back to me via email within 72 hours. Needless to say that was the 27th of December and still nothing. I’ve tried several times since then. All I get is emails with options to buy more. Horrible company no response. I now will have to call my bank to request my money back. Be aware this is obviously a scam.
