Channel Manager you can trust.

Great cost efficient and very help full. Even during the pandemic Furlough period. Works well with Booking.com in my experience. Never double booked.

Brilliant! I love it!!

We have been using another channel manager for 7 years and someone suggested Queensborough. I swapped a couple of months ago and can only say its brilliant, so easy to use, very professional, easy access to invoicing, adding additional costs etc, most importantly, customer service is second to none! Wish I had been with you since the beginning. Thanks for making my work/life much easier :-)

I have owned a small bed and breakfast for the past fifteen years and have used Queensborough Group to manage my online booking system for almost that whole time.
They make things so easy to manage, always at the end of the phone if you need any help, or just a chat and it has been an absolute pleasure to deal with the Q-book team
Due to coronavirus I made the heart-breaking decision to close my business and I have had such enormous support from Sophie, my Q-book contact

Tried two others before finding QBook

We've used QBook for many years running our accommodation business. It is good value and fully featured. We've always found the staff very responsive, and even open to developmental suggestions for the product. Highly rated.

Great friendly customer service

We have used Q-Book at our hotel for many years and more recently took advantage of their Website design and provision package which worked out much better value than our previous providers. The service has always been speedy and friendly with solutions quickly implemented for any issues that arose. We have sold the Hotel now but I would highly recommend them to novice or experienced Hoteliers, large or small.

Easy to use and a great result!

An fabulous tool to make your own professional, individual website with assistance to hand if required. I specifically enjoyed the layout tools which are easy to use and populate with your own pictures and information. The mobile version is also slick and fast - can not recommend highly enough!

You have taken to this new Web Editor like a duck to water and, the changes you have made set you apart from the competition; what a transformation! Our take on what a Website Editor is this; easy to use, with the ability to put your stamp on things and produce only great results! The preformatted templates are inspiring and tempt you into creative web exploration. The freedom of the new Web Editor helps to make your website look bespoke and like no other! The proof is in the pudding! Your calendar is bursting with commission-free online bookings; not an easy task in an industry dominated by OTA giants! This year has in most, been a write-off but what hasn't changed, is the simple fact that myself and all the Q-Book team love working with you and your two properties. Excellent Channel Manager.I have been using Queensborough Group…

I have been using Queensborough Group as my channel manger for some years now and it has helped increase bookings.
The group are always looking to improve and update.
Importantly, they reply to e-mails and answer the telephone.
The staff are friendly and helpful, always a plus!
I recommend Queensborough Group without reservation.

Sophie - Very appreciative of your hard work

This is a huge thank you for Queensborough in general and Sophie in particular. We have been with Queensborough for many years but Sophie stands out for me as my main contact. She has the utmost professionalism yet still retaining the "down to earth" approach that does not deter people like me than can get confused by the jargon and tekkie stuff!

Has it been eleven years already? Time has flown and we love every moment working with you and Brian. Sophie only has good things to say about you both and is very fond of you! You most defiantly, helped her keep vibes positive during the lockdown period and she enjoyed lots of time chatting with you on the phone (more than likely in her PJ's)! All the team work extremely hard to make sure our customers are not overwhelmed with technical jargon; it really is no help to anybody! Our approach is to make everything dead straight forward, and if you don't get it - speak to a friendly, familiar voice who'll help you find the light at the end of the tunnel. I have now been with the Queensborough…

I have now been with the Queensborough group for 3 years. Over the course of time I have had to call upon them for help and as ever every single time they help you out with a real friendly way of doing it but always keeping there professionalism. It is a genuine pleasure to be a customer of there services from the channel manager to the web site. The channel manager I think works great and user friendly as is the web site which is particularly good as you can maintain it yourself. Of course it takes a bit of time to get used to navigating but that would be no different to any provider of these services. The magical difference is that when you need help they will sort it out for you and they make you feel that they value your custom and nothing no matter how big or small complicated or trivial is a problem to them.

We have a small B&B, we have used qbook booking for over 15 years, when i call they are always there eager to help on the phone with the website or with qbook online booking, this is to say thanks for helping me for the years i have been with you and recently through the covid 19 situation, it helped us not having to worry about paying for 3 months, due to you deferring payments for me. thank you qbook team Molly P ;-)

I can fully recommend the Queensborough…

I can fully recommend the Queensborough Group to anybody who is either starting out with a new hospitality business or wishing to change their online booking engine. Great direct booking system! We have been with them for nearly four years and always found them to be professional, friendly, helpful and if I have had any issues, they solve them straightaway. I have never had a problem with them. It is also nice to be able to get through to a human being, rather than an answer machine or some soulless email communication.

Well done QBook - keep up the good work and thank you for all the very useful advice during these very trying times for our industry. :) :)

Gez. Ten years is surely a testament that overall we have enjoyed a very good working relationship for a long time with you and The Thomas Paine Hotel Thetford ? You have now decided to move to a new Channel Manager as currently, we do not link to your particular till system. First and foremost, The Queensborough Group did not 'mess up'. You asked us to integrate with your till system, we agreed and contacted them numerous times by email and by phone. As with any integration (especially one of this nature), it takes 1) development time from both parties and 2) costing & legal agreements. All these factors (to mention but a few) prolonged the process. We are still waiting to hear back from your till system; ultimately the breakdown in communication (despite our best efforts) is what has forced you to opt for a new Channel Manager - regrettably and beyond our control! I think it's totally unjust and unfair to say that we are Con Artists! We agreed to contact your till system, which we did and, integrate, which we will but, this hasn't happened as yet. We have done exactly what we said we would! You had asked us to terminate your Queensborough Group Account. To be sure that no money would be collected from your Direct Debit, (for services you wouldn't be using) we cancelled it straight away as per your written instructions. You were offered an alternative so that you could access Q-Book whilst migrating to an alternative Channel Manager but, you refused. Your account had outstanding payments which you refused to pay even though they do not relate to any future agreements with The Queensborough Group. We're about the bigger picture here and, understand that sometimes, people need to make the move to new software. As much as we attempt to retain any customer (just like any business) we would never be angered by the fact that you need to move elsewhere, especially as it boils down to suitability! It's a shame that after ten years, we have had to part ways with a dark cloud looming over us. As we respect you and your business reputation - we will not retaliate and publicise your comments to the staff at Q-Book HQ. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your business over the ten years and wish you the very best in your
future endeavours.
