Excellent company bought item had a issue after 3 months contact seller named Green had excellent communication replacement item sent out straight away no charges I would recommended this company to anyone again a big thanks to Green 10/10 customer service 😀👍👍cheers green all the best shaun

Must say what a excellent company great products and a great after sales service.Having owned one on there gazebos which I have had for a few years now and served me well would recommend quictent for your pop ups and marquees.

I bought a marquee last year for a party. We left it up for a few weeks afterwards and unfortunately during a very windy night a number of poles were damaged. I recently contacted Quictent to see if I could purchase replacement poles. Cherry replied to me very quickly, confirmed they had the items in stock, i arranged payment and they have arrived within 2 days. Cherry was very helpful and kept me informed. Very happy with the service.

Really pleased with the marquee but the after service sales is exceptional

We are a 38yr old nurse & teacher and parents of two little ones. We moved house last year and are blessed to have a large garden now. We hosted my daughter's end of reception year garden party and bought a 4x8m gazebo from Quictent. It was perfect for the job and we plan on many future social events, so felt this was a good investment to save hiring places for birthday parties etc. It arrived in good condition, on time and was straight forward to put up with 2 people. It is light and easy to handle given the size and folds back down pretty neatly too. Obviously it requires storage space, but nothing a tall wardrobe can't accommodate. I had read reviews prior to purchase and went with this company purely because they were the only company I could find which refunded missing or broken parts..,price dependant on the reason for replacement. We had an issue taking it down and some of the poles buckled and tore the canopy too. I genuinely believe this was a freak occassion as the quality is really very good if carefully looked after given the ridiculously good price compared to heavy duty, bulky and difficult to store and set up alternative options. Anyway, I emailed Quictent and explained the situation and sent some photos to demostrate the damage. They immediately apologised, asked which parts needed replacing and arranged for the broken parts to be picked up for recycling at the same time as delivering the new replacement parts...all completely free of charge. The service was smooth, effortless and unbelievably simple...I have never known an online exchange to be so fluid and pleasantly handled. Their customer service was efficient, polite and helpful and because we still had the original boxes to pack the broken bits up in it was easy to send back. Even the delivery company were helpful and helped carry the boxes from the garden patio where I'd been taping the boxes. I never have time to bother with refunds/replacements normally as I'm too busy, but because it was a financial linvestment and we'd only used it once, we couldn't afford to let it go. I could not recommend this company's customer services and product enough. What a really positive and hassle free experience, thank you. We have since had an opportunity to use the gazebo again (although I call it a marquee!) and every single bit fits perfectly and it is a really fabulous outdoor room....worth every penny! Thank you Quictent for everything.
NB Worth storing it in original packaging incase of any problems if using it infrequently, as needs to be returned in original packing.

Ordered a quictent from the quictent website, created an account, paid for it, confirmation email sent only to find out later by a separate email the colour I bought was not in stock so was offered two other colours which were unsuitable so I declined the offer and requested a refund which was promised in two hours but was not recieved for at least two days until I told them I would be contacting paypal. Not a good experience with this company to be honest so be aware if you buy something they may not actually have it!

Slow communication regarding refund status until I said I'd have to contact paypal directly then the refund came.

Replaced our marquee for the same model we had some years ago and it still looks good. Unfortunately there is a fault with one of the metal poles (the end not tapered like the others) which we have emailed the company about and await a reply but apart from the pole and some hooks that are plastic now instead of metal (not sure how they will fair over time) quality is great.

Bought the red 2m x2m pop up and am so impressed with it. I picked it to give privacy for my hot tub spa as the 'official' tent to shield it didn't look as sturdy as this and cost more. I put it up in no time on my decking. Well the last day or so it has rained heavily and was extremely windy today and it has withheld the weather. I was nervous to get home from work to check it hadn't blown off and it hadn't. I have attached some decking screws to the holes in the feet to make it more secure - but I now feel confident that I won't find it broken at the bottom of the garden. We've used gazebo type tents in the past and they have all been really flimsy so this is great.
The only downside is the sides are attached by Velcro and it slides. A better attachment for the sides would make this super great but I think this is worthy of 5 stars for the price.

This party tent was absolutely perfect for my son's birthday party it happily housed 22 little ones and the magic man, very happy with it, we did a test run before hand and labbled bits but took 3 of us 40 min to put up and 15 min to take down. ( couldn't get it back in th box though!)

I bought a 3m x 2m poly tunnel last year and the quality of the sheet was rubbish with the zips coming away from the seams and various holes and weak patches in the cover, I sent quictent photos of all the faults and I asked if this was the normal quality of the covers as I would require another one but not if they were all of that quality, they would not give me an answer and eventually after various correspondence they have told me there are no replacement sheets available as they do not make that size any more and so have offered me £20, not much good to cover my tunnel with, BEWARE

good quality for the price others of same quality more than double the price can handle moderate wind as long as it is weighted down in a slightly sheltered place fabrlc seems thin at first but is stronger and more durable than it feels. The frame is good and stronger than others I looked at of a similar price I made extra cushioning pads for the corners just to be extra safe as I use it most weekends rain or shine .

We bought our gazebo for a family party. The first one arrived box all damaged and canvas top ripped we sent it back. Next one arrived seemed ok. We erected it, it was very easy. We found a hole in the roof no problem though we just gaffa taped it. 10 minutes later it all just collapsed. There were several broken joints all of which were very rusty. We contacted them and they did apologise and sent another replacement. Box again damaged and the legs looked like they had been attacked with a hammer. We sent it back. They then said they would send another one but we could not refuse it. We agreed. Big mistake. This one had several cross braces broken and the legs were battered. It had definately been returned by someone else as several of the joints had been pop rivited. The roof was ripped. Contacted them all they said was there was nothing they could do as we had agreed to accept it. What a con. am in process of taking legal action to get our money back.

My polytunnel arrived in quick time but I haven't had time to build it yet.

It was amazing to find someone so helpful when I had to replace a part. They were really brilliant - so refreshing in these times.

Good product good company

Looking for a small gazebo to form a 'tabernacle' within our parish church for children's space and to keep bat droppings off children's materials (I kid you not). Also wanted it to be blue and of decent quality. Fits the bill perfectly. Only way it could be improved for us would have been if we were able to purchase it without side walls which we do not need.
Service from Quictents speedy, efficient and courteous. Definite recommendation.

I bought a pop up gazebo which I was happy enough with. Unfortunately some of the poles were bent when the tent was caught by an unexpected gust of wind(which upended it and blew it down the garden). I contacted the company to see if I could purchase replacements. Two days later I received all the poles I needed to replace free of charge. That doesn't happen very often these days so I was delighted. I have fixed the frame now and so far so good. Thank you quictent for your speedy assistance.
