Quictent UK 

I contacted the company after the bag broke after only being used 6 times. The company agreed to replace the item but refuse to pay the shipping costs (£11 for a canvas bag which can be folded and fit into an envelope) despite the item being faulty. The customer service has been terrible with email responses stating that they would go bankrupt if they replaced faulty items despite items being under a 15 month warranty! I am astounded by the service I have received and would highly recommend avoiding ordering from this company.

We bought the gazebo last year, used about several months.
Then stored by days ago. Took it out for long weekend, and erected, as good as before, excellent. We had a happy long weekend with this gazebo.

Amazing Quictent canopy tent! Arrived fast with good condition. Can be set up in several minutes and I like the steel frame, heavy duty! Come with a carry bag, convenient to carry and can be left in back of my car.

We needed large numbers of Red 2m Gazebos for a project and Quictent made the entire purchasing process a very easy one. When certain sizes weren't available they were able to offer alternatives and help us complete the order.

I needed a gazebo for a family event. I found Quictent on the web, rang to check stock and placed the order. The following day, Quictent sent me an email advising that there had been a mistake and they did not have the chosen colour in stock so would issue a refund. I contacted the company, colour didn't matter but I did need the gazebo the following day. They were brilliant, it arrived the following morning. Then, the carry bag zip broke the first time I packed the gazebo into it. Once again, Quictent were brilliant and sent a replacement bag. You can trust this company. Highly recommended.

This is excellent customer service and will be the subject of many reports by me to friends and family in the foreseeable future
I have never been so effectively dealt with by any firm with whom I have had reason to report a fault and the pleasant tone of the e mail communication coupled with the efficient resolution of the problem is worthy of the highest praise.

Hi I was hoping to be able to fix my Gazebo as it was wind damaged and Quictent supplied me with all the replacement parts required to do so thanks to an efficient and personable customer service agent.

easy to assemble. zipper is stronger than the one I had. the inner lining is also tough. quality product. I add a 400w light. I think I can feel it grow in there silently.

would have preferred all items to arrive on one day, two parcels arrived first day and I was told delivery firm would not wait for third parcel so that came on second day, how that is economical beats me, also why were all parcels not sent out on same vehicle at same time

I was disappointed as I ordered the 2.5m tent and was sent a 2m one instead. I tried very hard to find a number to call on the website, there was one but it was never answered. I absolutely needed a tent and so have made do with the 2m one. The price was reduced on the website so I did not lose money by accepting the smaller one, but it is still very frustrating.

Having written the above and graded my review '1 star', I received an unbelievably speedy response from the company by E-mail, at first telling me it was not their fault, but quickly accepting responsibility when I pointed out it was. Quictent now appear to be trying very hard to replace the gazebo with the correct one. As a result I have increased the star rating to a '3 star' and will carry on updating this review as my dealings with the company continue.

Easy to deal with, clear info on products

We have converted our Quictent into a bar in our garden. It is so popular that it will be put up again next spring. Very pleased.
The only criticism is that the colour we ordered online turned out to not be available. The website should not accept money for something that is not available.

I have purchased tents twice now from Quictent, and on both occasions the ordering has been simple and the delivery quick and efficient (ordered around 10p.m. and received within 2 days.
I am impressed by the quality of the products and their price, being cheaper and better made than similar products that rusted and collapsed fairly quickly - I expect the new ones to last much longer.

I bought the same specification gazebo from Quictent two years ago, but it got destroyed in wind. I was expecting the replacement (which on the website appears to be exactly the same) to be more or less identical, but this time I bought the very expensive wind braces too. We pitched the new one ok, but with overnight rain were horrified to find everything inside drenched by the morning. The roof and walls have absolutely no rain protection, whereas the earlier model did have this. As a gazebo in the desert this would be ok, but otherwise it is utterly useless. Most disappointing.

Great Gazebo, easy to put up.

Would be good to have an addition bag for roof sheeting as not easy to fold like side panels. Do not keep up in windy weather as i did as another panel ripped but my fault.
