Where is customer service…
Why is it impossible to speak to real people rather than a binary virtual assistant who was unable to answer a simple question. I am now stuck in limbo with nowhere to turn to.

Very close to switching because of arrangement fee
I was very close to switching to a different provider as the arrangement fee is ridiculous obviously a semi hidden charge, so same premium can be offered to existing customers as new to comply with the law. I could of saved a significant amount I just couldn’t be bothered to switch this year but will be next.
