It's hard to rate insurance until you need it but price was good, blocking of VPNs is short sighted but communication, documents ect look all good.

Where is customer service…
Why is it impossible to speak to real people rather than a binary virtual assistant who was unable to answer a simple question. I am now stuck in limbo with nowhere to turn to.
