Very good service
Rackhams had the Oxford Aque Evo Adventure bike bag in stock and at the right price. Shipment and communication was very good. The bag itself is great, it holds plenty of bits and pieces and is easily accessible, and waterproof too.

Apprehensive order but so glad I did!
I was a little dubious ordering garden furniture from Rackhams not having bought from there before. However, after shopping around the furniture I wanted was a good price so I went for it. After placing the order I received a confirmation email and an expected to be delivered by date but never received a tracking number. Once the expected date of delivery arrived and no sign of the furniture, I contacted Rackhams who responded within the hour. They had contacted the partner and delivery was arranged for the following day. Once received I was missing a chair cover and one of the cushions had a small hole in. Again, Rackhams responded promptly to my query and a replacement cushion and the missing cover were sent within the week. Despite the little snags, I am impressed with the quick response and customer service provided by Rackhams. I would not hesitate to order from them again. I should also add that the quality of the garden furniture is excellent. Great quality and customer service! Well done Rackhams!

Delivery issues
Site was easy enough to place order for my sheds, but delivery was a shambles.
Secured a delivery date, recieved email confirmation to confirm my delivery date, took a day off work to accommodate the delivery, but nobody turned up. After chasing i had to wait 2 weeks for a redelivery and take another day off work, as they dont deliver at weekends.
This was very frustrating and cost me 2 holidays I didnt want to take. Dont think I will be using Rackhams again.
On a plus, sheds seem good quality, hence 2 stars instead of 1.

Viva polar slippers
The Viva polar slippers I bought are so comfortable , well made and fit really well with plenty of toe room for wide feet. They also stay on your feet so no fear of slipping on the stairs like other slippers. Highly recommend. Delivery was really quick as well.

Not Great
I saw this site and thought it looked great. Saw some perfume that my daughter had asked for for a much cheaper price of £56. I ordered and waited. When the perfume failed to arrive i contacted Rackhams only to be told it was no longer in stock and i would get a refund. I see today that the perfume in question is now up on the site again and this time it's £132 ( apparently reduced by 8%). Not sure what's going on here but not impressed and will not purchase from this company again.

Unfortunately, your original order could not be fulfilled as the item went out of stock after your purchase was placed, which is why a full refund was issued. We understand how disappointing this is, particularly when you were expecting a specific item.
In relation to the current listing, when a product goes out of stock we always try and bring that product back in from another supplier, unfortunately that can often mean it is available at a different price, which would have been why we didn't have it listed from them originally, while we had the better price from our original supplier. As soon as they went out of stock, we looked to get the product back available, albeit from a different supplier who has different costs and thus overall pricing.
We appreciate how this may have appeared confusing and frustrating from your perspective, and we are very sorry for that.
