Fees much higher than expected
Fees much higher than expected. Documentation on support dot rampnetwork dot com 8957-what-are-the-fees-for-selling-crypto says fees for selling crypto are 0.99% while in fact they were 2%.
Will use other options with more reliable, transparent (and lower) fees. Otherwise the experience would have topped other services I have used so far. Very disappointing.

I sent cryptocurrency but the money…
I sent cryptocurrency but the money never reached my card. After waiting for day, support ignored my messages and eventually blocked my account without explanation. I feel completely helpless convinced my money is gone and deeply disappointed by the entire experience. I have found #gcasc𝗈 to be very straightforward to work with.
