I do not recommend this app at all to anyone. I bought usdt on the Tron network and it came on another network call Avalanche or AVAX. A network that I don’t even know. I tried to send it to another wallet for personal use but it’s requiring me to buy AVAX as gas money. I didn’t mind paying for those fee. Only to find out it’s not available in my region. SMH 🤦.How are you providing usdt on a network that’s not even supported in my region and go on with the transaction knowing that it’s not available? Im not able to send it nor swap it or even withdraw it and it just sitting there not doing anything. I’m tired of speaking to a bot to help me solve this issue. I’ve open up a ticket and it’s been more than 72 hours and not one has reached out to me about this. I don’t usually write reviews but this needs to be addressed and resolved so it doesn’t happen to anyone else. Terrible service.
