Please do not book with this company. It is now February and I still have not received my refund from the collapse of Thomas Cook. Excuse after excuse. Even to the point they were telling me it was in my bank account. Shambolic

Never book with these. They tell lies and rip you off. They don't put you in the place you have paid for. My husband has very poor mobility which I explained to them. I paid for a hotel near the beach. They put me 30 mins walk away and said I needed to pay extra if I wanted to go to the place I originally booked. THEY ARE A CON. BEWARE. THEY WILL PROMISE YOU EVERYTHING WHEN YOU BOOK. IT'S A COMPLETE DIFFERENT STOREY WHEN YOU GET THERE. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I BOOK OR RECOMEND THEM.

we were 8 people from Bangalore to Sikkim, Darjeeling and Bhutan trip in October 19
completely messed up
No good vehicles
No Good hotels
No Good food
totally horrible experience in life time --
we landed at Bagdogra Airport on 12 oct , to our surprise the vehicle given was old sumo to carry 8 people with luggage like luggage .. ( where as promised to provide 2 Innova vehicle )

we have been told we will get 2 Enova car -- company charged us further 40K for vehicle

Hotel rooms are very ordinary throughout journey
and the vehicle given at Bhutan also was very bad vehicle and small for 8 people
again we paid additional amount

they go on charging additional amount at every cut
Not a good company for planning tour

Be aware:::: Read the itinerary carefully many times confirm the vehicle, read the hotel reviews before tour

Had to give this company one star to be able to voice my opinion. We arrived at our hotel on the Sat eve to be told our holiday had been cancelled day before as Refresh Hols hadn’t paid hotel.
Fortunately the Manager was off till Monday and a sympathetic member of staff after we showed him our proof of payment,took pity on two
vulnerable pensioners stranded in a foreign country with very little money,as we were all inclusive.
After numerous phone calls back and forth by ourselves and latterly the hotel manager,we were faced with very real possibility that we would be asked to leave if we could not pay.
Eventually , on the Monday afternoon the Manager received payment from Refresh .
Had things worked out differently we don’t know what we would have done.
Surely there is a law against companies being able to take our money from us in July and send us last day Sep to a hotel they haven’t paid.
Although we did have our holiday, unfortunately this ruined what should have been a relaxing,carefree experience.
We emailed this “Company” on our return asking for an explanation why they would subject anybody to this but so far have had no response or even acknowledgement.

Absolutely Shambolic
I contacted Cheekytrip.com after seeing a holiday on the website but had to call a company called Refresh Holidays, and spoke to an Austin who said hotel and flights available and took my card details. All ok up to now ... then he transferred me to reservations where I was on hold for nearly 30 minutes, I put the phone down and within 2 minutes a man called Paul rang me back and like a lot of the reviews on here the hotel was unavailable but offered alternative at higher cost. When I said I wanted to cancel I was charged £150, but I had no confirmation of anything but they have taken the money from my bank!! After several phone calls to this company an agreement was reached and we did receive most of our money back and the matter is now resolved.

Refresh holidays iFound this company easy to work with finding us the best deal for myself and my three sisters Adam was very helpful.

We had to cancel our orlando holiday due to hurricane Dorian. Phoned Refresh holidays hoping to get some sort of refund. Elton was very apologetic to our circumstances and has phoned us 3 times to sort out our claim. Thanks to him we have got a full refund on our flights. Our accomodation will be claimed for from our travel insurance. So grateful and pleased with their customer service

Elton was very helpful in changing hotels, we hadn’t realised how far we were away from the airport with our initial choice.
Unfortunately now returned, Refresh holidays should ensure they check their prices against the quality of hotels offered. Now seeing what other sites are offering price wise in comparison. This was extortionate for a bargain holiday site. The site will never be used by me again.

Austin was extremely patient with us when booking our holiday and he listened attentively to our specific requests. Austin and Tom together helped to add extras to try and make our holiday even more memorable as we are going to celebrate our honeymoon/birthday's.
Despite us being indecisive and taking a long time to think through what we can afford and what we want, Austin remained calm, enthusiastic and patient even though it was almost midnight!
We want to share a big heartfelt thank you to Austin and Tom, we are now looking forward to our upcoming holiday in Mexico.

I have been waiting for a reply from my last two emails since they messed up my holiday and they are now ignoring calls and emails. Be very careful about booking any holidays with this company. Will be reporting them to trading standards and ABTA along with a small claims court for being ripped off

I see they have now tried to deny that I have ever travelled with them - I can show all the emails if they want to behave like this!!!!! EVEN AFTER DENYING THAT I HAD TRAVELLED WITH THEM AND HAVING TO PROVE THAT I DID THEY STILL HAVEN'T REPLIED TO ANY OF THE ISSUES - ANY IDEA WHY???????

Sales customer services were excellent - If you want genuine help then I definitely recommend this company. I was helped by someone called Naumaan and he successfully guided me through every step, he was very helpful. I can't recommend him highly enough. Definitely will come back to this company for more deals and offers, best one yet.

i started off looking for a holiday with austin. And despite how long it took and how indecisive i was he was extremely patient with me a managed to find me a fantastic deal for a great price. Had left a previous review of 5 stars for this company which I would of changed only for dealing with Tom
I booked a holiday through haste on Saturday and after reading the reviews felt sick and really did not want to go there after a couple of phone calls back and forth I ended up dealing with Tom who was very good in assisting me with my booking although I have had to pay more money for a 3 star hotel which Tom found me + got a reduction in the price for the hotel exchange I am looking forward to going away not happy with the overall price but I suppose that’s a lesson learned in my behalf
