Refreshholidays 

Started off badly once booked and paid for. It has been very stressful trying to get this holiday sorted as so many things were not right.
It has basically taken over a week of phone calls to get things sorted. However the last two phone calls were actually very helpful and patient Elton was fantastic he managed to listen to my stressed out worries about things and corrected them without any hassle. Why the rest of the company can act this way is a strange as I presume they all have the same training.

Well its safe to say. I will not be booking with you again. Supose to have private suttle which turned out to be an 150 minute coach transfer instead of the 30/40 mins it would normally take. Then to get to the hotel and be given a room the felt like a storage cupboard. When we requested sea or pool views. We booked this holiday away for my partners 40th to be stuck in a cupboard. Not a chance, so i paid an extra 10 euro per night to have a room we were promised it the first place. Then to top it of the coach didnt show up to take us back to the airport, which by the way was book 4 hours before the flight anyway. We had to book a taxi which cost 50 euros. Refresh holidays nothing but liers and more like stress holidays.

The staff tell nothing but lies booked flights and hotel for the city centre of Krakow only to find out it is 6km out of the city centre very slow in responding to emails and not helpful at all even when I phoned the staff where not very helpful .as a result not looking forward to going away on our holiday .my advice is go Elsewhere

Unfortunately I feel I have to complain regarding our holiday booked through yourselves. The grounds for complaint is that the holiday did not match the description made by your representative nor that advertised. I initially booked a holiday as advertised on your website this was paid for and booked over the phone I then received a further call from your representative to say that the hotel was no longer available. However, another hotel was offered of a similar four-star rating. Under pressure from your representative I accepted the alternative hotel. A further call was received explaining that that hotel was no longer available I then decided to withdraw as I had found the dealings over the phone lengthy and frustrating. Your rep. told me that my flight had already been paid and I would have to go and find my own hotel. I then Argued that this was not the holiday I had seen advertised and booked I was pressed to give your rep further time to find another hotel. As we moved into the second hour of our negotiations I was offered another hotel of the same standard. In the meantime I had a provisional booking with hotels.com for a five star hotel for £160 more. I was told by your representative that this was not the case as he had tried the same hotel and it was much more and this would not transpire as advertised. He asked me to give him one more chance to find a hotel as he re-iterated payment had already been made for the flight. In order to progress I accepted the four-star hotel with reservations.
On arrival at the hotel it became clear that there were no hotel facilities and that it did not meet the four-star hotel standard nor the description of a hotel as a matter of fact it was a hostel. There was no bar no lounge no restaurant beyond the breakfast room. Breakfast was minimal and on two mornings we were told that there were no more eggs et cetera. We paid a comparatively high price for a short break in Budapest. Clearly the holiday was adversely affected and the holiday received did not match the description given by your representative. I therefore believe that Refreshholidays have broken the terms of the holiday contract as implied by their representative and advert.

Absolute joke of a company lies lies lies hidden charges around every corner booked a holiday for 11 people in November this was ai included hotel flight and transfers hotel was far from advertised no slides open no kids clubs you had to pay for everything the hotel labranda rose Morocco avoid dislike English and nothing is included transfers never turned up for return had to pay £80 English for two taxi still waiting on refund joke ! Avoid at all costs

Just booked a holiday for my brother and sister in law to be as a wedding gift, was very impressed with the service provided by Matthew, he understood I needed to stay with in a budget, which would offer me everything that is required, Matthew was very patient while I kept going back and forward for to complete the booking, I booked a holiday to Turkey all inclusive, private taxis with a pool view room hope it all is good as it sounds will update my review in April if it is good as it sounds

I booked a holiday with this holiday company to take my parents to Egypt, they also trade under the name of cheapcostholidays and i must say at this point that they are anything but cheap, I was transferred to a "supervisor" to complete my transaction and was told that I could upgrade our rooms to "better" rooms with garden views at a cost of £120's per person, there were six of us in our party, not wanting to be in rooms without a view I said okay, I was then told that the holiday I was booking only gave us Lite Inclusive and we would only get drinks during meal times, to have drinks all day then I would have to pay an additional £30's per person again which I agreed to, It was only when we arrived at the hotel that I realized that there is no such thing as a lite inclusive and an all inclusive, we would have had drinks all day long had I not have paid an extra £30's per person, as for our better rooms with garden views this did not happen and we were put into rooms facing the outside of the hotel which overlooked the locals neighboring properties which looked like a scene from a war zone, it was not pleasant,I would like to add here that the gardens of the hotel were the best part of this place and are kept beautifully. The food is not good, five of our party including myself were ill after day two with stomach cramps and the other symptom that comes along with eating poorly prepared food. Since my return I have raised a complaint with refresh holidays in accordance with their advice which was to send them an email, I rang and spoke with someone by the name of "Paul" after 4 weeks and a second email asking for update on progress of my complaint, Paul promised me over the phone that and I quote "I will call you back 110% by 24th December" and I guess what......No call and still no reply to both complaint emails sent, this is now 8 weeks later, This company is amateur and unprofessional to say the least. I wanted to also say that the hotel is advertised as 4*.....if this was rated by an independent official regulatory body then this hotel would struggle to obtain a 2* rating. Disappointed is an understatement!

rang refresh holidays and got through to ROCKY, and i knew it would be plain sailing, he has found us an amazing holiday with the help of Paul, that far exceeded our expectations, it took about an hour, it was better value and better flight times, he even rang the hotel when we were on the phone to check what he told us was correct, very efficient, friendly and as enthusiastic about our holiday as we are, next time we go away I've got his direct line, wonderful, quick service (it took an hour) could not fault ROCKY or PAUL at all, much easier than trawling through internet sites, thank you so much guys

DO NOT USE REFRESH HOLIDAYS as a travel agent they are the worst I have ever used in all my years going on holiday. They took our booking and full payment for holiday to then phone back and say we couldn't get the hotel we wanted. They offered us an alternative which we refused as was to far from were we wanted, then made another offer which was much more expensive which we refused as we had paid enough. So they agreed to put us in apparently a more expensive hotel for the same price, we thought all sorted no bother great looking forward to holiday. Then bang we are nowhere near were we wanted to be infact it was a 4hr walk away, totally different resort, hotel was never more expensive we would never have paid what they took from us for were they put us. The hotel was basic, the food was rotten, bar staff were ignorant the reception staff were lovely and spoke English and were helpful.

Booked a holiday to Turkey and specifically asked Rocky several times during the conversation for a room with twin beds as I was travelling with my son. Arrived at the hotel to find it was a very basic room with only 1 double bed. I managed to sort out another room with the hotel at an extra cost of 40 Euros. Called Refresh Holidays on my return but they are not interested about helping with the problem. WARNING make sure your contract does not use the word REQUEST as this is their way of getting out of anything. Would not book with them again or recommend to anyone.

Booking was made very easy and Rocky was informative, friendly, professional and helpful. He booked us the hotel we wanted and we even had an upgraded room. We booked 4 days before travelling and all the paperwork was sent through quickly.. book with confidence folks!!!

Ramsey was helpful sorting my hoilday was very helpful got me a good deal overall very happy with his service unlike some of his colleagues booked paid an sorted within 20 mins thanks to ramsey i booked with them would of used someone else if it it werent thanks to him many thanks ricky
