Karan was excellent. Very knowledgable and polite. He was patient and thoughtful. really helped my family I book book the perfect holiday. He really listened to everything we wanted/needed and he produced the good. Very impressed and couldn't recommend him enough,

I wouldn't recommend using Refresh Holidays. They changed our accommodation 2x! First they called back to change the initial accommodation (3 star rated) for which I already paid for for a 2 star rated accommodation and they also charged for £20 extra per person for the new accommodation. They gave an excuse of over booking and that their package holidays are not refundable.
Then if it wouldn't have been enough, they cancelled the second accommodation 1 day before travelling. Although they did offer similar accommodation (I guess), the whole process was such a hassle and a stressful experience, wasn't a good start of our holiday.
We haven't used an agent before as always booked directly with hotels/airlines and will definitely not use agents ever again! It's just not worth their 'help'.
I wish I would have had the time to do some research as their review is not very good - that's a sign. If you have to use a travel agent, at least use an ABTA registered.

I am very delighted to leave my opinion regarding the service I have had when booking my family holiday to Greece. I must say that the staff at Refresh holidays made me feel at home. Mr: ROCKY and Mr: PAUL are a real asset to this company. It was a last-minute booking and I had had no hope my dream of going to Greece would ever materialize but Mr:ROCKY rolled out the red carpet for me and reassured me at every step of the booking process. He was REALLY CUSTOMER -FOCUSSED, HIGHLY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFEESIONAL TO THE CORE. He was able to snap up a good deal for me . More than anything else, I must appreciate how patient he was through the entire laborious process of booking. BUT FOR MR: ROCKY AND PAUL, MY HOLIDAY DREAM WOULD NEVER HAVE COME TRUE. We are grateful to them. 100% RECOMMEND THESE GUYS AND REFRESH HOLIDAYS.

I was looking at booking a holiday to Spain and spoke to the amazing Rocky about it. In the end I haven’t booked my holiday as the one hotel I absolutely fell in love with was unavailable but Rocky was absolutely brilliant helping me search other destinations and hotels. I can’t agree enough how lovely Rocky is, he was such a huge help. I have plenty of other options to look into, now I just need to take a leap and pick one. Thanks Rocky!

This is the first time we have booked a holiday abroad , Karan explained everything in detail , very pleased at how easy the booking process is , he couldn't have been any more helpful . very pleased with the service .

Scammers, call you back & demand more money. currently trying to charge "deposit" back via credit card company.. avoid! suspect that all company's on holidaydiscountcentre.co.uk are run by this shower of crooks.

Rocky was amazing! Very helpful and very patient as I relayed the info to my husband. He went over things to ensure we understood everything. Have us his direct number and one for customer service in case of any problems.

I was a little nervous as I had never booked with Refresh Holidays before, but why did I worry. Keith was a complete charmer, so helpful and reassuring. Not only did I get a great upgrade on my accommodation, but also complimentary drinks on arrival and all my paperwork sent in an instant. I look forward to giving them another review on completion of my holiday.

Booked a holiday to Tenerife to go on Sunday 15/07/2018 for me & my partner..
Total holiday cost is £1100 , they took the money straight away & called me back for more money as flight was full. Unfortunately we cant make this holiday due to a SERIOUS illness & have advised them this , they wrent interested , they offered me £70 total for the hotel & nothing for the flights to cancel , even tho they have over 1 week to re-sell .My holiday booking is Booking Ref: RH303686..They told me I couldn't get nothing for the flights , I contacted the airline off my own back & was offered only £40 for the flights , they said Refresh Holidays hadn't even asked for a refund on my behalf ... I HAVE CONTACTED WATCHDOG , CITZ ADVICE & A SOLICITOR & WILL SEE THESE PEOPLE IN COURT !!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED , KEEP WELL AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!

I have booked my holiday to Majorca it was an excellent price and Keith my agent was very helpful. We had a couple of issues which Keith sorted promptly. My accommodation transfer vouchers and flight details were sent through within 10 mins of paying the balance would definitely use this company again

I have just had the most helpful experience I have ever had whilst trying to book a holiday. I am extremely fussy and thrifty and Rocky really took the time to try and meet all of my needs even though they seemed impossible. He was incredibly polite and didn't pressure me into making a fast decision without making sure I was completely happy with my choice. This is the first time I have booked with Refresh holidays, I first spoke with Morgan who was very nice and informative and went the extra mile to get me a fantastic deal, he even remembered me when I called with a query a few weeks later. I then spoke with Paul who was equally nice and helpful doing my online check ins , I will definitely use them again for my next holiday

5 Star Service!!

This is the first time I booked my Summer Holidays with Refresh Holidays and I just want to thank Jordan Kox and Morgan Allen for a great service!
Jordan especially was very friendly and attended to all our questions and was very good in explaining what was included and explained everything in detail from Flights, to transport to the Hotel.
We exchanged numerous conversations but every time Jordan was polite and tried to find us the best holiday and what would suit us the best as we were a big group who all had different needs and requirements.
Whenever I've called Refresh Holidays I've always been able to get through straight away to Jordan or another colleague who has been able to deal with my query.
I look forward to booking with Refresh Holidays next year for my next Summer Holiday.
