We booked our holiday in April through Refresh Holidays - it was my first time with them and was totally impressed with the level of customer service we received from Refresh holidays sales and support team.

I recommended Refresh Holidays to one of my mate whom has just came back from a week in Fuertaventura - again he was totally impressed.

Refresh holidays staff were incredibly supportive and efficient, I will definitely recommend this holiday company to anyone because they do have well mannered stuff who guide and support you to chose the right destination for your holidays, thanks to refresh Holidays.

Please avoid this travel agent, as they are thieves and complete liars, I wish I read the reviews before I booked my holiday. Do not give them your credit card as soon as they put payment through they ask for more, then they threaten you witj loosing your holiday. They are just thieves.

Karan and Imran are not professional, they will try to change your hotel and days jut to get more money out of you, please be careful I had a bad experience with them.

Booked a holiday and was about to pay a deposit with Credit card.

Everything seemed fine and went through. After they got my card details they put me through to the so called supervisor, who went through the holiday and asked do I wish to upgrade to the bronze All Inclusive......????? @ £ 102 pp x 5
Apparently I was on a lite all inclusive... where you get breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks only at them times!!!! Alarm bells!!!
I have never come across this before and I travel all inclusive to many countries- this to me was full board/ so false advertising there!

I booked All Inclusive and never once was this stated that it was a lite all inclusive. It was only after I gave my details they insisted I upgraded to get drinks , snacks etc until 11pm.

I told them to cancel it straight away as I wasn’t happy about it and wasn’t willing to pay anymore money! They said the payment had gone through ...LIES!!!!

I used my daughters phone to record the conversation for my Cc company.

They then said let me see what they could do , they came back and said I could now upgrade for £48 pp per night, - still wasn’t happy and wanted them to cancel it altogether !

They put me on hold for over 30 mins , I phoned them back off my house phone whilst still on hold on my mobile- all of which was being recorded.

I got through straight away and asked for Barry as he was the one who booked it with no mention of it’s only lite all inclusive. Please note I checked all other sites with the same hotel and no mention of lite all inclusive- it states from 7-11 pm normal all inclusive snack, ice cream included!! or upgrade to ultra which gives you until 2 am for your drinks, bathrobe, slippers and fruit basket...so where this company is getting the lite all inclusive from is beyond me.

Once i spoke with Barry again, he said was sorting it and did I want to go to another hotel or just pay 20 each x5 for a deposit! As my payment went through ??
As I was on house phone the supervisor come back to me on my mobile 40 mins later ... saying I should book another hotel as my payment was still pending! BOOM!
Got it all on my recording - I demanded that this holiday be cancelled immediately!

He said he would and would call me back to confirm! Yep you guessed it no phone call!! After yet another call this would have been my 6 th time to call and nearly two hours later.

I demanded to speak with a manager. The man on the other end said he was a manager?? I told him I wanted all my money refunded as the holiday was sold under false advertising. He was quite rude and said your holiday is cancelled check you babe etc... he was annoyed and wouldn’t let me speak!
I told him not to be rude and to put it in an email to confirm no charges were to go against my card.
His response why you want an email if you are recording the call!!! Enough said!!!

I think they thought I was lying about recording but I have it all here thank god!

Never will I book anything with company again. They might come out a little cheaper than most holiday providers but at what cost! Check what your getting before handing over card details!!!

I have contacted my cc company and nothing has come out or pending - my cc company did say for that to happen it must mean this company get a lot of disputes about payments etc!

Please be careful- everything I said is 100% !

Check everything before giving your details as they will try their hardest to get you to book another hotel or holiday so they don’t have to refund/ cancel!

The lite all inclusive is a scam to get more money out of people... lucky I have my marbles about me and recorded all the calls.

Never again!!!!!

5* for JORDAN and MORGAN! Been an absolute pleasure to speak with, considering we are such fussy customers with never ending requirements. They accommodated the whole holiday and went above and beyond to help out with great bubbly customer service. Will definitely book with you soon again!

Been looking for a holiday for a month or so, my first holiday abroad with no parents so was certainly anxious about a few things!

Luckily I got the call answered by a lad called Jordan who found me a great deal! Answered all my questions no problem at all and made me feel at ease! Would recommend the company too, beat anyone else on price hands down! If you speak to Jordan then you are in for a win :D I'll update after my holiday :)

I can only say a BIG thankyou to Jordan who was so helpful and patient.
Nothing was too much trouble and I appreciated his suggestions.
We managed to book a holiday for friends of ours with no complication.
Jordans excellent customer care was indeed wonderful and I would encourage anyone wishing to find a holiday or information involving Refresh holidays to ask for Jordan personally.
I cannot recommend his knowledge, skill and overall kind manner enough.

1st weve booked 3rd party and the gent i dealt with PAUL was most helpfull in dealing with my queries. Will use again.

Do not use this company. They dont send vouchers in first instance. I had to ask a few times. At destination they hadnt sent car voucher, then said when explained to assistant on phone, that I had requested husband to drivem they wouldnt let him. So had to private hire car after the rude assistant said take a bus, which is impossible for kale garda late at night. Spoke to other couple at hotel, they had trouble with flight vouchers on return. Save yourself gassle, self book.

I have been dealing with a gentleman called Paul. Paul has been very helpful so far, I would recommend this company for a excellent service whist booking my holiday.

Holiday booked for Crete .. Jack helped us plan our holiday with best options and according to our preferred date definitely will recommend them for the service they have provided me ..

Booked my holiday with these and they were very helfull then realised I had booked the wrong place phoned back and spoke to Tom who was very very helpful and changed our holiday without a problem can't express how grateful I am Tom was very helfull and very polite will deffo use this company again THANKS TOM

Paul was helpful in dealing with our query regarding a holiday we have booked. The initial booking was a bit of a nightmare, but this was not dealt with by Paul. Paul assisted us today in clarifying a few things. Thanks

Phoned to book a holiday. Selected hotel, flights etc and agreed and paid deposit.
Once deposit taken they then said the hotel was no longer available. (Literally within minutes)(I contacted hotel direct and they have no record of receiving a call from this company but they did have availability)

Asked for a refund for deposit but they tried to sell me holidays staying at other hotels which were always more expensive. Apparently he had called the hotel we wanted direct and it was fully booked.

Called them back 10mins later and told the hotel is now available but was £500 more now although nothing had changed.

Repeatedly asked them for a refund for deposit which they constantly avoided doing.
(They said the transaction had gone through)

Ended up having to phone credit card issuer to block the transaction.

Be very wary if you use them or pay any deposit (only pay by credit card so you have some come back)

Avoid avoid avoid.
