Terrible company, I cannot believe anyone would ship with them. Ordered from Vinted and they’ve messed around with the parcel and provided mixed information, horrid communication. No idea what’s happening!

Dispatched a boxed item sold through vinted. Box arrived without item so it had clearly been stolen by the courier. Avoid using this untrustworthy company

Absolutely shocking service from Relay. The delivery staff have repeatedly arrived at the student accommodation complex I manage and, rather than bringing parcels into reception to be handed over safely and securely, as every other courier does, they simply dump them around the grounds for anyone to pick up.

This is completely unacceptable. Residents pay for their items and trust that their deliveries will arrive safely, yet I’m left dealing with upset residents who have had parcels go missing because they have been left unattended in communal areas.

This is not a one-off incident; it is a recurring issue. It shows a complete lack of care, professionalism and responsibility. Parcels should be delivered securely, not abandoned for anyone to take.

Relay urgently needs to address this issue and ensure its drivers follow proper delivery procedures. Residents deserve better than this.

Worst company ever no contact details for inquiring about delivery more than two weeks and still know update has the same status constantly your parcel is being prepared. Please avoid

Three times Relay has failed to deliver my Vinted parcels to my home, instead taking them to an inconvenient collection point without my consent. Their excuse? They couldn't find my address, despite having successfully delivered there before.

I've paid extra for home delivery, not an hour-long round trip to collect my parcels.

Complaints to Relay have gone unanswered, while Vinted has been equally unhelpful.

The worst part isn't even the inconvenience, it's the complete lack of accountability. Customers pay for a service, don't receive it, and are left to deal with the consequences.

Appalling service, zero accountability and absolutely no respect for customers.

Absolutely diabolical service, if packages actually do arrive, they are always late, even when marked as out for delivery, for multiple days, some times even get that delivery was attempted, even though CCTV proves otherwise. The company is NOT fit for purpose.

Disgusting service vinted and tiktok need to address this people will not tolerate using there hard working cash

I have waited a week for 2 parcels from vinted, got a message saying if I haven't received it by 11th November they will reimburse me. With Evri I normally receive within 3 days, this is ridiculous

Absolutely terrible! Please dont use this delivery company. Nothing is ever delivered on time and also it doesn't always get delivered.

Not even worth 1 star my delivery was expected by today now the date changes up to 15 November that’s almost 4 weeks this is unacceptable I will be deleting relay on Vinted app the service is absolutely useless

Completely unreliable! It's more of a scam! Tracking system not effective. Meaning that you can't effectively track your parcel. Taking weeks and even up to more than a month to deliver a parcel. I sold an item on vinted and the buyer selected Relay for the delivery of the item. I shipped the item the same day 20/09/2026, and till now the parcel hasn't been delivered. Meaning that it's 20 days now since the parcel was shipped but hasn't been delivered.

Abysmal service. Item I won dropped off by seller on the 6th October. Wasnt even picked up by Relay until the 11th. Its now the 14th and I still havent had it delivered, no movement still at initial sorting office. I thought Evri / Yodel were bad but this service is 100% worse. I get all my Evri items within 3 or 4 days. 8 days later the Relay parcel is nowhere near being delivered. I wonder if they are owned by one of these pallet companies - that sell on undelivered goods - that would be a good explanation as to these 100's of reviews where parcels are never received.

Relay advertise delivery in 2-3 days, I've sold items on vinted and not one been delivered in this time frame, the latest one has gone missing posted 2 weeks ago, so frustrating, I've now removed Relay as a delivery option from my vinted account. Awful service.

If you’re a parcel carrier with sticky fingers then relay is the ideal company for you to work for, because clearly the amount of parcels that go missing, including my own, couriers just help themselves and relay, don’t care. don’t even respond to you

They are criminals!You all should report them!Also not sure why Vinted listing them as a delivery option,thats beyond me…

Bought an item from Vinted, the seller posted it promptly 28th Sept. Last update was 4th October saying they will 'update soon'.
Absolutely nothing since. I've emailed customer services with no response.
How the heck is this 'company' still going ? they are beyond incompetent.
The amount of missing parcels is beyond normal for a delivery firm.
I will avoid buying from anyone using Relay in future

Terrible delays on items with non existent tracking for days and no response from online enquiries. Avoid them. Cheap and awful.

Slimey. Don't need to add much, read all the other reviews. Can't wait for them to fold (and something worse buy it out ha).
