After reading such bad reviews I wasn't…

After reading such bad reviews I wasn't holding out much hope of receiving my first ever order from Shein but I was pleasantly surprised. The clothes I ordered for my granddaughters birthday arrived a day earlier than the estimated days given by Shein. I was kept informed of every step via the tracking info given and was sent WhatsApp messages when it got to withing 9 stops away. The driver was really pleasant and friendly also

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would!

Driver delivered to a closed business premises, on a bank holiday weekend, despite no ‘safe place’ instructions left. Parcel then stolen. Now I’m having to try and get the item replaced or refunded due to their drivers incompetence.

I used to think yodel were bad but this lot are a million times worse!!!!

When they first started to deliver they were great and now, well im fed up with deliverey times constantly changing, it chamged atleast 2 times a day and I do not want a delivery at 10pm at night and then it dont turn up!!!!

0 if I could absolutely shocking I’ve ordered 5 different parcels from asos who I’ve used a long time and this company have gave me a delivery time then with in hours delayed it for 48 hours to hearing nothing again so that’s 5 parcels sent to them I’ve not received, I’ve been on to asos all afternoon who are going through refunds from them but I can’t risk ordering again as asos seem to be using relay every time I order absolutely shocking company needs to be shut down

Trust Pilot have sent me two unable to…

Trust Pilot have sent me two unable to deliver notices in three days. On the two delivery days, I have been in. There is CCTV cameras on the front door which I am sat in front of and on both occasions nobody came. I have a deliver to front porch notice on deliveries, the porch door was wide open but no delivery was made. We are a teaching Centre with a massive sign on two roads that can't be missed. After the first non-delivery I wrote with extra directions as to where the house was situated but still no delivery today. I have asked for a refund from the seller Shein but non is forthcoming. Would avoid both firms really.

Surprised…

The fact my complaint was followed up was much appreciated and unexpected. I received an email from relay explaining the wrong address it was sent to and decided to. After seeing the post code it happened to be around the corner from my address. Thank you for investigating further and hence I was able to receive my parcel.

Unreliable

Unreliable. 6 parcels in 3 weeks have been mislabeled at their 'hub', meaning my buyers got completely random items - but with their address on. No way to prove it wasn't me that made the error - even with photos of the items I sent not being the same. Terrible customer service. Another 3 packages lost/delayed with no tracking updates available. When they work Relay are great, but it's a gamble. Have removed from my shopping channel as losing too much money which I can't get back from courier issues with Relay

Disgusted with the service

Disgusted with the service. Initially all looked promising with a time slot until they delivered to the wrong address. Photo evidence of someone accepting it who wasn't me and their front door which wasn't mine. Walked up the road and to different streets trying to identify the bloody door. No luck. Sent a
complaint...waiting to hear. Obviously the person who accepted it wasn't trust worthy and kept my parcel.
I hope Shein don't use these cowboys again.

Terrible

Thinking a transaction on Vinted was all well and good, I was contacted by the buyer who chose this service (I have never used before) a month later to ask if I had posted it. From the tracking info it simply says Lost in Transit 2 WEEKS in the tracking info. Who is actually in charge of this farce? Now I have to pick up the pieces of something I don't actually have time for. Won't be using again ever and will deter everyone else from using too.

The order was stuck on the next 6 stops…

The order was stuck on the next 6 stops all day, It has been clearly stolen by the driver. This is a uber style service where they contract out the drivers to random style drivers. the issue with this you dont get the decide who delivers you partcel so stuff s eems to get stolen. Awful service. cannot wait for it to go bust

Absolutely shocking so called courier…

Absolutely shocking so called courier company never heard of them until recently on Vinted. Five mix ups in a week some where items have not even been sold by me and very slow delivery timescales. Avoid this company they are a total joke and don’t even deserve one star!!!

Have yet to deliver to my house and…

Have yet to deliver to my house and actually seem to have lost my package and sent me the delivery details and pod of a different customer. They are a bit of a shambles. Evri have been better and more reliable with my Shein deliveries

DONT use this delivery service

DONT use this delivery service. They said that no one was in so they couldn’t deliver my package. Then they tried to redeliver it and they said my package has been delayed. i’m going on holiday in 2 days and i haven’t got any clothes this is ridiculous.
