Never received my parcel. This has happened twice. Disgraceful service.

They have delivered my parcel to the wrong address three times despite being given the right address. Somewhere between me ordering the parcel and them getting the parcel from the vendor, they change the address to a house four doors down. I have complained three times and they’ve done absolutely nothing about it and even had the audacity to blame me even though my correct address is visible to see on their website. Ridiculous company.

I didn't choose Relay, it was what the seller used and i'd never heard of them before.
Email received in the morning to say that it would be delivered some time between 2.40pm and 6.40pm...and it was delivered just after 9pm!
The box was completely squashed, but thankfully the stuffed toy inside survived the battering...not impressed with Relay if this is how they treat customer packages :-(

When I was informed that delivery would be on a date when I'd be away from home for the weekend, I chose the option to have my package delivered to a (unspecified) neighbour as I did not have a safe place. On the delivery day, I received an email saying the my package had been delivered. I looked at the delivery photo to see which neighbour it had been delivered to. I found that the package had left in my small front garden in full view of anyone passing on the road. Fortunately I was able to contact my nextdoor neighbour who was in to collect the parcel. The delivery driver did not follow instructions to deliver to a neighbour )several neighbours we at home) and they left my parcel in an unsafe place. What was the point allowing me to choose to have delivery to a neighbour when I wasn't in, if the delivery driver was going to leave the parcel on an unsafe place?

Sent item that I sold on Vinted, wrong item was delivered with address stuck over someone else’s.

Terrible service. Parcel went missing then after cut off period for collection they returned parcel to sender. Several emails exchanged trying to locate parcel but no positive response other than "looking into the situation and we'll get back to you when we have further information#. After a full week so called missing parcel was returned.

absolutely awful. it's been the only shipping option for a couple of things. one they've helpfully redirected it a 20 mins drive away (they show many collection points closer in my city). the other they have delivered to a place that is permanently closed- so no idea how- but they've said they've delivered it so aren't responsible.

What an absolute shower of s**t

Made no attempt to deliver.

Can't re-direct to collection point via their website.

Sending back to supplier only I don't don't know what supplier have used Relay.

Contact us button on website not working.

Totally frustrated!!

Just received a text saying my delivery (no idea what it is, I order a lot on line), was being delivered to a shop. I don’t want it in a shop, I want it at my house. If I’d wanted to go to a shop I would have gone there and bought it.

How this company can operate is beyond me,theyre worse than evri and it doesn't take much to be better
Always late,always send an email saying attempted delivery yet I was home
Absolute joke im now avoiding buying from companies that use this service

They are a bad courier as they tell you your package is ready for collection but they are not ready for another 4 hours

Tried to contact them three times but they don't reply.
I think, on vinted, i have had these down for one delivery from myself which never arrived at it's destination, and one delivery to me which never arrived! That's a 100% loss!!

Improper and misleading messages, no QR code no information. Why is this company used?

I'd give it 0 if I could. Brought a Nintendo switch game game on vinted. Got the envelope it was posted in ripped slightly open and game was missing. Just got the envelope delivered

There’s a reason this company is 1 star. Hiring incompetent people to deliver parcels.
Left my parcel on the door (I’m on a main road with a bus stop) but what annoys me the most he left it NEXT TO MY PARCEL BOX !!!! It’s there for a reason ! Honestly no care at all. Won’t be choosing this company again and if I buy and it’s this company I won’t be purchasing.

what a joke, they take 5 days to collect your bloody item and then another 5 to actually take it to you if it doesn’t get lost.

DONT KNOW HOW MANY TIMES YOU HAVE TO TELL A COMPANY NOT TO LEAVE PARCEL ON MY FRONT DOORSTEP THERE OS ALSO A NOTE ON THE FRONT OF MY BUILDING NOT TO LEAVE PARCELS OF PEOPLE AT THE PROPERTY ARE NOT AVAILABLE THEY NEVER KNOCK ON YOUR DOOR OR THEY DELIVER AT GONE 8 AT NIGHT

Awful . Tracking said ready to collect . I went to the shop and they had no parcels delivered for 2 weeks .
Tracking said ready for pick up then 2 days later said delayed .
Never arrived .
Utter cowboys . Avoid

If I could give relay 0 stars I would - courier left the parcel on top of the mail box in full view of the general public - unsurprisingly I have come home to no parcel !!!! Couriers clearly have very little care for the job and why anyone would continue to use a delivery service with a trust pilot score of 1 is beyond me - abysmal
