Absolutely shambolic service

Absolutely shambolic service
The instructions was to deliver in to parcel locker in the lobby , and the driver dropped the parcel in some random address and sent a pic of a parcel on a pavement, idiotic

Amazing man!!!

The new muslim gentleman that has been delivering my parcels is very kind and polite. He always gives parcels in hand or leaves them in my blue bin. Thank you for giving the perfect service!
