Arrived at promised time
Arrived at promised time & carried out repair to gas pipe OK. Poor rating given as was made to lift 2 further floorboards (I'm in my 70's & gas engineer declined to do it). Also pipe running under floorboards left protruding above floorboard height so will need bending to relay the floorboard hopefully not damaging the repaired joint.
