I logged an issue with my washing machine and within 24 hours Matthew had come out and made sure it was working perfectly fine in a very short time, couldn’t ask for more, thank you Matthew 👍

I had a samsung eco bubble go wrong and under warranty these guys came out to fix it. Hayden came out quick and after 1 week the replacement parts were installed. Very happy and would use them again!

Quick and efficient repair
Tumble dryer was fixed and repaired within two days as parts had to be ordered, matthew was polite and professional throughout and kept the area he was working in clean.
The tumble dryer is a lot quieter having had the belt and motor changed and it is like a new machine

Hayden come to find out why our brand new Samsung fridge freezer was leaking
Water. He diagnosed straight away and ordered the replacement part.
It was replaced today and fridge now dispensing water without leaking now we’re just waiting for the ice to be ready!

The first visit to repair my tv required a replacement panel this was supplied within a week and quickly replaced by their engineer Scott who was very knowledgeable, removed his shoes before entering and had my tv working in no time. Very polite man thank you Repairguys. Roy Blaber

Matthew was extremely reassuring and practical . Showed & explained to me what was going on with the cooker . Very calm , very kind.

I had Scott come out and replace my TV screen today and honestly I could not thank him enough. He was friendly and explained everything for me. Really respectful. From when i first contacted repair guys right up untill it was fixed the communication was brilliant. Thank you repair guys and thank you so much Scott.

I contacted Samsung as our 55” TV started to have the backlight bubbling, within two days (which was a weekend) Repair Guys came and collected the TV, and a week later, delivered it back completely repaired, and no sign that it had been opened up. Which is excellent!

Thank you to the technician Mike for an amazing repair job and Scott for the speedy collection and delivery.

If I need anything repaired in the future, these are the first people I’ll be contacting.

Scott came to repair my 55” Samsung TV which needed a new power pack. He was professional and efficient. He even helped to swap it around with my other TV. All round, my experience with RepairGuys has been great. No quibble, came out within 24 hours of reporting my problem and TV back up and running within a week. Great service

Warranty repair of Panasonic microwave by The Repair Guys. Good communication regarding collection from us, success of the repair and arrangements for return. Scott returned it today, was punctual and polite.

I’m so happy with this company, Mathew was exceptional, replaced the new part in my Hotpoint Tumble Dryer and left everything looking clean and tidy , will definitely use these guys again. After Mathew left, I used the tumble dryer for bed linen and it worked perfectly, many thanks Mathew…..

Hayden arrived with new parts to fix my washing machine under warranty. He was polite and very professional. Changed the parts, explained what he had done, tidied up and provided a great service. Would highly recommend.

Our Sony OLED TV suffered problems due to a series of power cuts. Sony recommended Repairguys and they were prompt in collecting our TV (Craig), thorough in identifying and rectifying the fault (Mike, engineer) and efficient in returning it to us (Pete). Now working perfectly and without needing new parts -a hard reset and set up resolved the problem.

Both “Guys” that turned up with my very big TV where very helpful and friendly
They kept me well informed on times too.

I felt for them in this “heatwave” 🥵 we are having at the moment (23/6/26) Scott and Rob deserve a pay rise ;-)
and let’s not forget Cheryl back in the Office which I’m sure would be just as hot? 😉
