Initial order showed up without the SD card but all I had to do was shoot them an email and shipped on out.... the NES AND SNES GAMES are perfect quality and gameplay is exactly like I remember ... controllers are kind of tiny but useable ... THE N64 games kinda suck ... video quality is pretty terrible and gameplay slow sluggish and a little glitchy ... I wouldn’t recommend if your buying it hoping to play those out the N64 games ... I wanted SNES AND NES more than anything and so it works for me and they are all in English so that’s why I give it a 3 out of 5

I still have not received my order that I placed on 12/13/20. Today is 1/05/21. The site stated upon ordering “all orders ship next day” I have received a tracking number but it says “shipping label created, awaiting package” I have sent numerous messages & emails with no response.
This is unacceptable to me. I am very dissatisfied

The order and website was great but I paid for rush shipping and it’s been 3+ weeks and no update to the tracking ID. I did get one email from a support person when I first inquired about the delay but nothing since.

Love this game system!!! I should have bought the PlayStation controllers instead.

I just received the retro naut delux and I must say I am happy with it. So to start it did take about 3 weeks to come in however that wasnt an issue for me. So far all the games have run smooth. I have mostly played nes SNES and Sega games. I attempted an n64 game but it was difficult with a different controller. Waiting for the 64 controllers to come in so I can enjoy them. I did have a minor issue when I first started it up however I messaged them through facebook and got a response that same day and they helped me solve the issue. I also requested several games to be put on the system and they are all there. Looking foward to many hours of gameplay. I was also told for people having issues they will be releasing a video on youtube about solving some issues soon. If you are looking for retro games and dont want to buy a bunch of mini councles this is definitely worth it. I was looking for a Sega mini and saw one on amazon for $90 with 85 games. The sega library alone is almost 2000 games on this. Even some of the most obscure titles are there. I think it is absolutely worth the money.

Love the console design. Menus are easy to navigate. The gamesir controllers i ordered are very well made. They have weight to them and function exactly as they should. Made a second order from these guys. Well worth the money.

Received the Nvidia Shield with and Nvidia shield controller after having ordered two PS4 controllers with the system. Than after turning it on none of the games worked. It simply said playlist not found. I looked in the box for the so called USB key with all the games but it was no where to be found. So disappointing!

Definitely do not business with this company. My order shipped late, arrived late, I received the wrong controllers, the controllers do not work with the system, and I have yet to receive a response from them requesting a refund. I have reached out to them over 10 times thru their website, their Facebook, and their email address and have received 0 responses. I even tried to use their Chat function on their website and Facebook messenger and they have never been available.

They're website also shows that they're rated 4.9 with Trust Pilot, which is also inaccurate; they're currently rated in the 2's.

I feel like I spent $200 and received nothing and feel like I was duped since I cannot return it. I'm going to report them to the BBB for what it's worth so this hopefully does not happen to anybody else.

Not only was the delivery late, email was non-existent no communication whatsoever. Half the games on there don't work. Dolphin is all messed up. X-Men children of the Adam doesn't even work. Artwork is missing from half of the games. The Nintendo DS emulator games don't work at all.

I had some issues with delays, not receiving a controller and being able to play playstation games. Overall the product is great and fun to play. I would like to thank customer service (Aimee) with helping me out with my issues. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants a great product.

Updated: support said they cancelled my order (Which they did not) but shipper sent it out anyways so it was held in transit in FL because of covid with “label created” for weeks. Filed with card company because of no communication from aimee. Maybe I’m too used to the convenience of Amazon. Not removing the title of my review. Do your research before ordering. No Communication!

No, THANK YOU Aimee! I finally got everything plugged in today and the family is loving it!! Sorry about all the back and forth hassle but you got it fixed in no time! I'll let you know if we have any issues but I think we're happy over here.

Aimee at Retro Naut has made my whole week, month, year, LIFE with this thing! I put together a full list of Playstation One games and she helped me get rid of some of the games I didn't want to make room. I just figured out the save function and beat the first scorpion boss in FF7!!! Wish me luck!
