Quick delivery and great communication
Really pleased with my recent purchase from Rhubarb and Lemon. It was a last minute birthday present for my husband, purchased it on the Tuesday and it was delivered (all nicely packaged too) the next day. There was a good selection of tops to choose from and sizes.
Kept up to date with order, despatch and estimated delivery date/time. Will definitely use Rhubarb and Lemon again.

Good products, poor delivery
The jacket that I ordered is just like the pictures on the website, so that's good.
The only thing is that I payed extra money to have it delivered to my home within 2 days but then after 3 weeks I was told that it was delivered to a pick-up point near my home. Don't know where this went wrong but I do have to say that their customer service is great!

Thank you for your honest review and I do apologise for the delays in shipping. We do not have a 2 day delivery service to the Netherlands. Our fastest services is 7 - 10 days, however, we were still considerably past that.
I'm happy to share with you that we have now changed our courier service. We have found the best possible service for international customers, meaning the speed and service should be much better and more consistent. Hopefully, we'll get to show you this improvement some time!

mostly good experience
really like what they’re doing, really nice pieces and well curated. the only product i ordered broke as soon as i took it out the box though sadly so maybe some quality control issues? i feel like i was just unlucky and that this wouldn’t be common but as 1/1 things i have ordered were broken i couldn’t say. still, well presented and now i’ve got the product fixed i’m enjoying it.
