Still waiting for delivery
I did my purchase on the 31th of may. We're 16th of june now and still waiting for it. On top of that I had to pay 45 euro for customs. Nowhere mentioned on your site. So no, I'm not sattisfied.

Great customer service
A while ago I ordered a shirt but it got lost in traffic. Although I didn’t receive my shirt, I am satisfied with the service. Customer service replied fast, contacted DPD and tried to track my package down. The shirt couldn't be found so I got a full refund. Also I received a giftcard for compensation! So a bummer I didn't receive my shirt (otherwise 5 stars), but good customer service.
