Could do better
Initially the website would not allow payments to be taken from Mastercard due to a technical hitch so had to phone to place order, and then when the package arrived it was poorly packed leading to parts of the wheel being exposed and potentially damaged

Hi Wayne, thanks for your feedback, we can only apologize for the problem on the site with payments last week. Unfortunately, it was out of our control, and we were dependent on another company to resolve the issue. I believe you dealt with my colleague, and he gave you advice on the wheel about whether it would be suitable for your needs via email. Then you called to place the order, so thank you for that.
As for the packaging, the wheels go out in a wheel box as they are not really package-friendly due to shape and size. We put extra cardboard at the side to protect the axles. Usually this is sufficient, and they arrive safely, so we can only apologize if yours has not reached you in the way we would expect.

Needed bike 5yr olds bike back brake cable changing urgently as noticed about to snap on way to school-dropped off and done in 30min, also took a look a boys metal stunt scooter as to why wheel kept going off centre, used his tools to tighten!
Yes, he was late opening, had breakfast at spoons, picked something up from a shop and when went back he was open, guess about 1000-did not cause me any problem late opening, the outstanding service out weighed that, he obviously is a single person business and probably difficult with homelife too-if you need a bike repair, go down and see him-we need small businesses like this, if he is not supported there will little places to get repairs done, much like butchers-they are missed (big shop giants not the same)!
Also bought my wife a new saddle whilst there, again-good price
