I had an issue with an electric scooter that we purchased for my daughter for Christmas. We waited until this past month to use it because of snow outside. After only a month of use, the scooter stopped turning on 2 days ago. I reached out to Jetson customer service, and filed a warranty claim. I was helped by Marvin Seva and he ordered a replacement to be sent to us. The customer service team is efficient and friendly. Would absolutely purchase from Jetson again!

Customer service was great and handling getting a replacement hoverboard sent out. I was pleased once I got in touch with customer service. It was difficult to get in touch with someone at first the website kept redirecting from the chat.

We bought a go cart and it was defective. I called the company and was told after troubleshooting that it was also out of stock. I was advised to reach back out in 4-6 weeks for a replacement. I reached back out at 6 weeks and Raniel helped me. We communicate via email and he was fast to respond with through instructions. He was able to help me get my product for my son. I was very pleased with him and Jetson.

I just want to say the that the customer service shown by CSR, Reyna Gabiana was exemplary! I had been trying to get my 7yr old grandson’s electric scooter replaced for a couple of months under its warranty. Eventually in the communication back and forth, I came across Reyna and she has been a savior. Just so thoughtful and courteous. She saw the real problem and swiftly took me through it to a new scooter to replace the damaged one. She was so efficient and followed the notes to better understand what I was going through. She has renewed my trust in Jetson and its products by her caring. Once she got on my issue, it was solved inside of week, after two months or more of going back and forth on this. We received the new scooter promptly thanks to her. She truly deserves recognition, the highest of praise, and I hope the company treats her accordingly…maybe like a raise! Jetson gets “5 Stars” here because Reyna truly deserves it.

I would not give any stars if that were a choice. The customer service I have NOT recieved is the reason for my review. My kid lost the key to his Jetson bike. I have been trying since August 2024 to get a replacement from Jetson. I have gotten every excuse from the customer non-service team at Jetson on why they can't provide a replacment key. Without the key the bike is not operational. Thanks Jetson 🤬

I had an issue with a hoverboard that I bought for my kids. I emailed them to let them know about it and right from the start they could not have been any more helpful. They were prompt with replys and gave me great customer service the entire time. Very helpful and straight forward. I didn't have to jump through any crazy hoops. Dareal Agbay was wonderful to work with. Would recomend without hesitation.

I bought my son a Jetson Atlas e-bike and it was great until the throttle stopped working. I had to provide some information for a warranty claim and after I supplied everything that was requested I was informed in less than an hour that the claim was approved and and a new bike would be sent. I received the tracking number within 24 hours of being told the claim was approved. The tech

After my Jetson Pro eBike was used for about 1 year, the bike was not too good for charging even though I always followed the right way to charge and run it. Then The customer department decided to replace me with a brand new one! What a good service and warranty! I am still waiting for the shipment! Hopefully, they can ship to me as soon as they say! I will follow it and tell you!

Picked up a hoverboard on clearance at Walmart. After charging it up for the recommended time and attempting the recommended steps, it appeared that the battery was likely the issue. Contacted their customer support and, after sending them the necessary information, they were able to process my warranty claim within the same day. The support agent (Mary Pandan) was a huge help throughout the process, answering all my questions. At first they said a replacement wouldn't be possible since the specific color was out of stock but when I asked about getting a replacement in a different color they said that would be possible. They said they'd send it out in the next 48 hours so as long as it gets sent out, I see no reason not to do business with them in the future.

I ordered hoverboards for Christmas gifts direct from Jetson. I found a better price locally so I bought those. Now, I've spent 2 weeks and (4) abandoned chats to try and get RMA numbers so I can return the more expensive ones. They won't just send the numbers, it's infuriating.

I have a 2 year old Jetson Pro E Bike that needs a new battery. Jetson states , does not have any replacement for this bike. I could try an after market battery. WHAT???? Have ordered an after market which was not compatible. Now I have a worthless 500.00 bike.

My daughter’s brand new hoverboard was glitching and Rose Irea helped me file a warranty claim very quickly. The new hoverboard was shipped the next day! As a single income family, this was a large expense for us and I appreciate the company’s warranty policy and Rose’s efficiency in solving our issue!
