This is really THE service you would like to have from every company

Excellent service from Riderly. They did a personalized job and found a solution when the rental company told me that since they had the motorcycle I chose listed in stock, it was not available on those dates. The ladies at Riderly managed to obtain a top model at a very suitable price. What I felt about the service was the feeling that they were really taking care of my problem.

Amazing customer service

My trip in Morocco was not great, but the customer service of Riderly was outstanding. I really recommend renting a new bike (mine was too old, and this is not Riderly fault).

Excellent service

Excellent service. They offered a wonderful price for a scooter. I picked it up at Palma de Mallorca airport quickly through a self-service kiosk, returned it without any problems before the flight

kind, patient and helpful.

After closing the order I regretted and asked to change the type of motorcycle. I received a very quick response from Lian who was very kind, patient and helpful.
Highly recommend renting a vehicle from them.
I will definitely order from them next time as well.

Cancellation

I had booked a motorcycle but because something happed I was not able to go to Rhodes.
Immediately I sent an email to the company that I want to cancel my booking and not less than 4 minutes they replied to me and they already sent back the money.
This shows how much professional they are and that I can trust them!
For the next time, I know from where I will rent.
Thank you so much Mr. Lucas for your help!

Great customer service

I made my reservation easily online. However my travel companion was not going to be able to leave work and we are replanning our trip. Riderly had no problem reversing the charges and canceling my reservation. I will most definitely be using them from now on.

Best there is

Riderly is the best company.
Here is why.
We had arranged scooter pickup at the airport with easy go bali at 13:30
Our flight was delayed so we arrived at the meeting point 30 later.
We were searching for them but they were nowhere to be found.
We tried to contact them via WhatsApp for at least one hour but they never answered us.Meanwhile we also contacted Riderly who answered right away.
They also called them and couldn't find them(they also did an investigation about this).
Not only they searched and found us another company within 30 minutes they also returned us the money we had already paid at the first company.
When tou travel abroad communication is key.And Ridelry really came through.
I suggest to anyone visiting to prefer this company because they earned my trust.

They have deleted my previous review! Silently, without any notification. There is no sense to believe in all these fake reviews on this company page, because Trustpilot allows them to delete bad reviews and keep only good ones.

Thank you Riderly !

We had a big problem with the rental company in Ushuaia, the day just before we should have our 2 bikes for a 3 weeks trip in Patagonia wasn’t available. BUT Riderly did an amazing job by finding us news bikes in a other city at the date we were suppose to start our trip.
At the end we did not lose even one day of trip. The bikes we had was way better and more expensive than what we were suppose to have and we did not spend more money, Riderly manage everything to make the problem as smooth as possible and always easy and fast to contact by mail or by phone.
I really advise Riderly to book your motorbike your, you can be sure that they will assume any problem even when it is not their fault !

Impressive

These guys really take care of you. They were responsive when responding to questions before booking, followed up with me during and after my booking, and followed up with the rental company when my booking did not go exactly as planned. I am so impressed and highly recommend their service.
