Best support team!

The support team solves problems immediately and very kindly. The value for money is excellent, I looked for different suppliers and this is undoubtedly the best I've ever tried. When you deal with large rental companies you become one number among many and if you have problems you are abandoned. With riderly this danger does not exist!

we hired a kymco 125 cc

we hired a kymco 125 cc, reservation went smoothly and correct also picking it up at the office was simple and efficient we hired it for 13 days price good and the service was as it should, very good, the bike was 4 years old ans had some dammage but that was nicely told by luis duarte, 250 paid cash for bail and received it went i brought the bike back, good service , luis thanx for the good service, gr cees

Scooter in Funchal

I booked a scooter in Funchal. During the booking procedure, they were very supportive, replying immediately to all the questions that I emailed them. The scooter had everything that I wanted and was in perfect condition. So the entire experience was great.

Did not provide a bike !

The company gave us a confirmation number and took an intial fee and made it out like we are getting a bike. They emailed later to say there is no bikes(as there busy). Well we know its summer and busy but you didnt say anything when we booked..

They could have let us know at the start of play there was a chance of them no following through with their promise.

Now rushing to find another bike.

Poor form. They do not tell you the whole truth when your booking to plan alternative transport !

Edit 1 - I identified the issue because I reached out. I think your exercising a marketing to seem your helping. The alternatives you have suggested are more expensive than what I could have got if you just had told me from the get go you could t provide the bike. .

I have had to go book elsewhere at higher cost and effort due to your flawed system and lack of professionalism to let me know you couldn’t secure me what you promised.

Please stop replying. It doesn’t change a unpleasant and frankly a waste of time.

We are sincerely sorry that we were unable to help with your rental request, there is nothing that we would love more than to be able to help every potential customer.

I am unable to find a reservation for the 14th of August for "Mo", having said that, at Riderly we have several mechanisms in place to avoid situations like what you describe. While rare, in the peak of high seasons and when its short notice (< 24 hours notice) the chances of this happening can increase slightly (due to accidents, late returns, etc)

We do normally identify these things very quickly (within a few hours) and we attempt to make contact with customers and source an alternative for them, and where none are found or the customer is unreachable we decline the request, inform you of this by email, and of course issue a full refund.

It would be great if you could drop us an email at support@riderly.com with reference ESC-00184 so that we can identify which booking was yours, review the process, and see if there is anything we still might be able to do to help, rectify it anything that might have been done wrong, and improve the experience you received.

Update 1 - We have been able to locate your reservation and indeed the issue what down to the vehicle you selected MP3 (three wheeled scooter) not being available. I was able to see from the logs that at the time of reservation your booking was flagged for manual processing (as you were notified during checkout) because there was only 1x vehicle of those in the fleet, as explained above, during high season and since your booking was for the day after, we needed to ensure the vehicle would be available. A few hours after your request a member of our team contacted you with suitable alternative vehicles for which we had no response. We tried giving you a call earlier today and also were unable to get through, but if there is anything else we could do, please let us know! 🙏🏼

Riderly provided a great and very…

Riderly provided a great and very comfortable service. Christos was so helpful and kind. He picked us up at our place in aligned time and took us to the company's spot where we received our scooter which was totally new! :-O Turned out that my wife's normal "B" driving licence does not allows to hire a scooter 125 cc and they had not 50 cc so we rented 1 scooter and tried an ATV as well for two days but 1 scooter lived with us during the entire holiday and worked very well. At the end when I took the scooter back to the company, Christos rode me back to the hotel so we could not expect more from this service that we got. Thank you so much for your service as well. It was a great contribution!

Simple service with great comunication.

Thanks Lucas.. Really impressed with the service from Riderly. As a group of four flying into Portugal from the UK. We each rented a bike each out of Lisbon and they were able to smooth the coms between us and the local rental locations, it was also no more expensive than going direct but Riderly gave us a broader selection of bikes from the various lenders. Highly recommended.
