Since my last dealings with Ridgeons at Halesworth we have come to an arrangement which was good for both parties, very happy with the outcome and to straighten out the matter.

Disgusting behaviour from Charlie your driver from newmarket store. Blocked a public road for over 10 minutes making my kids and partner late for school and work. My understanding is its illegal to block a public road, also it was s cul de sac so unable to go a different way

I spoke with Andy Dyer from the IT department who assisted me with obtaining an invoice from 2 years ago despite Ridgeon's having changed software 6 months ago, Brilliant guy, brilliant company

I bought 7 pallets of paving slabs in the sale. I asked for first-drop delivery on a Saturday morning on one of their “town vehicles”. And I got EXACTLY what I asked for. Dead on time, with a call to say they were on the way. The delivery driver was the best. Access is very tight, and he manoeuvred the HIAB precisely and accurately- brilliant driving. He then reached as far as possible to put the load exactly in the best place. Nice guy, who couldn’t be more helpful. And out of seven pallets of slabs, not a single one was broken! If only every delivery experience was like this...

Can’t fault the sales team but getting it delivered even when they give a time is a different matter. Chased 3 times today alone and it all still arrived 3 hours later. Not the first time this has happened too. Feels more like its par for the course ie the ability to deliver with some efficiency and accuracy is non existent!

I deal with lots of merchants and have been in the trade for 10 years. The manager at the Peterborough branch (Abdel) is very helpful and genuinely cares about giving customers good service. I shop at Ridgeons because of this. Please keep it up! Thanks

The team at Ridgeons are always friendly and helpful, weather you are dealing with sales staff or delivery drivers. As well as great customer service they always deal with orders and deliveries efficiently. The added bonus is they have good stock levels and competitive pricing.

We are using Ridgeons, Bury St Edmunds for pretty well everything for a medium sized building project we're undertaking. The service is excellent - speedy and reliable - but most important of all the people are really nice to deal with and very patient with someone who isn't that knowledgeable of the building trade!

I frequently use the St Ives branch, nothing is too much trouble. No matter the size of my order I still get the same high level of service. I will always use Ridgeons as a priority.

i was doing a small self build project in town and my retired builder friend recommened the local Ridgeons.

I spoke to the team up there and they could not of been more helpful.
They kept me informed right the way along with the progress of my orders, the driver was amazing, the manager in the branch responded to all my silly questions quickly and with respect. Without them my little project would of been a disaster. Well Done Ridgeons Thetford!

I wanted to let the public know that I popped over to the Norman Way branch at lunchtime to buy some oak veneer mdf and I must say that the service I got, especially from the yards men, was exceptional. Helpful, polite with excellent suggestions and top customer care. And the chap behind the counter was really nice too.
So well done Ridgeons - the rest of them could take a lesson from you! :0)

I am a single house self builder , my ridgeons rep Jake has been fantastic! couldn't be more helpful and backed up with great product knowledge. Ridgeons are let down by there delivery times and driver's often rude and unhelpful, could be much better.

Have used ridgeons for past 30years , saffron Walden branch mainly . Have to say it’s gone down hill last year or so since they moved to new site , some of staff in yard really not up to the task same for in shop . Had not seen a rep in over 18months until I chased them , got a very helpfull rep jake from the Ipswich branch help me out and put me onto the very efficient jo from Royston branch who now over sees us .cant say how appreciated we are for that . Thank you guys . But ridgeons or huws gray still need to look after those trades who are loyal to the company better than they have been doing , terms need to be left alone and not changed every other month , go back to stocking items that were useful , lose the staff who don’t have a clue or willingness to help . Rant over . But once again big thank you to jake and jo .

As a busy small contracting business we focus on a mixture of New builds and Extension work which can be demanding on matching building products, Phil the general manager, Jake my direct salesman and the rest of the staff at the Sudbury branch of Ridgeons could not be more helpfull, always a cheery smile even on a rainy day, anything they haven’t got they can get within a few days and in 5 years have never let me down on a delivery once.

Highly recommend from a professional and residential perspective.
