Riversol Reviews 

I first tried out Riversol a couple of years ago with the free trial pack. I won't use anything else now. I love the products and I love that this is a Canadian company with made in Canada products.

Both their products and customer service are excellent.

It is very challenging to add the products I want to my check out list.
I cannot find Miscellar water on the list.
Please keep it simple as I am thinking of closing my file even though I love all the products.

Love how my hands feel using this hand cream. Definitely well worth it!

I love the way my skin looks and feels after discovering this company a few years ago. I also appreciate that there are no strong scents in anything I’ve used. And, of course, bonus points for being a “local-to-me” company.

Great products, and the website is really user friendly...

I love Riversol's products! They work so well on my skin, I use a full complement of skin care products including the body lotion, hydro gel masks, glycolic peel... All of the products are high quality and actually do what they claim for your skin. Huge fan!!

Great online store, great customer service, and most of all, great products that do what they say.

I love the products, but I hate having to navigate around the subscription option, which means I can't log in to shop, but have to check out as a guest. I can't use the products fast enough to subscribe, and having that forced on me is a bit of a turnoff.

Refreshing Gel Cleanser (50mL) - I love how little little bottle can carry me through months of skin care. I wash my face twice, sometimes 3 times a day. A little goes a long way. It’s smooth and gentle.
Refreshing Gel Cleanser (5Moisturizing Concentrate (15mL) - Love this little morning dollop of hydration.
Hydrating Cream Cleanser (50mL) - Have not used as of yet.
Exfoliating Glycolic Peel - I bought this because I love how lush my skin felt after doing the free trials. Absolutely recommend to anyone.
Redness Calming Mask - I’ve used this a few times, along with the redness treatment regiment. So far I am not noticing a reduction. My skin feels smooth and hydrated, but I don’t think the products have been affective so far to ease the rosacea.
Anti-Redness Serum (30mL) - I’m really not noticing a difference with this product. I use as recommended, once a day. It’s not as soothing of a product I thought it would be. I think I prefer the mask.
Daily Glow Mineral Sunscreen SPF 50+ - SHADE 100 - My favourite product by far! It gives me such a dewey and fresh glow and helps to tone down my rosacea. If riversol released makeup line for rosacea clients, I think that would do phenomenal! Right now the somewhat affordable market is IT Cosmetics (which oftentimes discontinue their SPF line), and I think Laura Geller has marketed, but I have never tried their product. The one downside of this product is that it is fairly oily, and id like to have slightly more coverage.

Orders are fairly quick. Especially for living on the opposite end of the country in Newfoundland.

I love being able to pay monthly for skin care. Buying a bundle of products at once is intimidating on a lower income. I’ve tried almost everything else, which usually resulted in painful flare ups. With Riversol, my skin isn’t going through a dramatic change, but it’s an improvement over La Roche Posay and Proactive. Lastly, your customer care service team is amazing. However, I would like to suggest a concierge membership service. For clients like myself, I’ve struggled all my life with rosacea. It’s one of my deepest insecurities. It would be amazing to have dermatologists on staff who can do in every sense of the word “FaceTime”. Help me come up with an improved routine that my skin will love, and let us be part of the research. Let us help you build a brand that’s more inclusive about individual struggles that are paying a membership price.

I am only giving 3 stars, because there is room for improvement with the redness control line. We need more.

Riversol has been an excellent company to order from in my over five years of being a customer. The customer service is outstanding: questions answered and product delivery prompt and efficient.
The products are excellent. Starting with my first interest in the product line over five years ago.
Firstly, the business started by a well-respected Vancouver dermatologist wanting to help patients with a concern for sensitive skin.
Secondly, a free 15 day sample kit to see how you like the products, plus instructions for daily use. Who else does that? A wee sample from the cosmetician a the drug store is pointless. A FIFTEEN DAY sample kit from Riversol is brilliant.
I get compliments on my skin all the time, which is pretty nice when you’re 71 !!

I have been using the anti age trio for sometime now and it has changed the look and feel of my face greatly. If you are a bit on the side as I am (a wash and go) person, the travel size helps tremendously to keep you on routine, so as they say, don’t leave home without it! After about 8 good months of nailing down the routine, I am amazed at the look in the mirror. I have lost a substantial amount of weight leaving the skin of a double chin needing a “pick up” and I have seen a tighter looking skin with zero surgery! I am so happy and impressed!! I am a Riversol trio cheerleader amongst family and friends. After leaving a 50th Anniversary gathering for a family couple, I had to revel in the amount of family that said “where are your wrinkles”? When a lot of them were very close to my age of 66, my face felt and looked much younger! So before your next gathering, I highly recommend any of the products that suit your need! The ordering is super fast and accurate and if you have ANY questions - customer service practically answers before you send- so quick and full of information.

Amazing product! For me, I saw instant results when using the serum and the moisturizer wasn’t greasy or heavy. Cannot recommend enough!

The company and their team are very helpful if and when you have some question. The products are very good and especially for people who have sensitive skin. Like all good things, the results take some time after consistently applying the products as instructed - - - which, I believe is only the right way to introduce new products to people. I’ve been using Riversol since 2018 when I started w the sample pack to trial . I’ve been a faithful user since and have integrated all Riversol products into my skin regimen. I’m 72 and although I have always taken care of my skin, I credit Riversol for any compliments I receive. Riversol has a great rewards program and love that it’s a Canadian Co. I appreciate that this company is always trying to improve and or update their line with input from their customers. 😊

As a new subscriber, I needed help understanding my credits. I used the online chat service and had a seamless, quick and terrific experience with CSR “King.” He was polite and explained the transaction process at checkout. Seamless!

I love the products they offer. I have been using them for about a year and am very happy with results. I appreciate the discounted offers to loyal customes.
