Our engineer today was Gary and he was great wery kind and helpful he fixed my sons chair and was just such a nice person
Gary Thompson showed the utmost empathy and expertise in showing me how to use the wheelchair nothing was too much trouble and an adjustment was soon carried out to make the chair more comfortable for my husband
Absolutely amazing. Can not believe the service. I’m from Dorset and on holiday in Cornwall.
Sean Taylor came Letting us know times and when on his way.
Very polite. Nothing was too much. Chair fixed and done within half hour
What service. Thank you.
Darren, the engineer, visited this morning soon after we reported a fault with my wheelchair. He rapidly diagnosed the fault and effected a repair, meaning I am mobile again!
Gary Thompson was a professional technician and a lovely person.
He has so much knowledge about chairs, he explained thoroughly what the problem was and fixed it.
Extremely polite and a pleasure to meet.
Thank You!
sean taylor delivered my new wheelchair, he is very professional, polite, knowledgeable and explained everything to me. he is a credit to your team
Sean Taylor was very understanding about the fact that I was out when he came to service my government power chair and came back later that same day. I also explained about problems with my seat and the fact that it is mine (paid for by me) but no longer fits me because when the wheelchair services put the seat on their base for me they squashed in the sides of a brand new SOS postural seating base. I have tried Autobot seating and it did not suit me as I lean heavily on my seats and have a lot of spasm so the cushioning inside the outer shell sank in and was not supportive for my back and hips. Hence why it took me nearly 10 years to get a new seat as it was so expensive. I explained this to Shaun and he was very helpful and said he would arrange an appointment with the therapist. Since all this has happened I have had to save for a lot of years to get a new chair and a new seat as my government chair was so painful for me. I was only able to find the last little bit of money via my mum who has now passed. Shaun did as promised and the therapist rang the very next day. Thank you Shaun.
They came and fixed the wheelchair he was very respectful.

Gary Thompson was very very friendly and attentive to the job. He made sure to give me a fresh seatbelt for piece of mind even though it was in fully functional. Also Gary phoned me prior to the visit to inform me he was on the way which was handy as normally they don’t
