Delivery was prompt, efficient, and drivers courteous and careful. Couldn't ask for more...

It might be unfair to give you such a low rating, as I'm generally happy with the delivery. But I was very unpleasantly surprised when they woke me up at 6:30 a.m. (My delivery window was 7 a.m.). To be fair, they waited five minutes for me to get dressed and were otherwise professional. But I wouldn't wish a 6:30 a.m. delivery on anyone, especially if you don't have to get up early.

Communication was excellent throughout. Delivery on time and carried out well by the two gentlemen.

Drivers were helpful, polite and willing to follow our delivery request. They kept us notified of their arrival from the road, helped us place new sofa bed into our flat - many thanks.
Great communication system in general. Notification emails and text messages about delivery schedule in advance, ETA on the day of delivery.

Delivery was 1 hour early which drivers didn't seem to know, so wonder what the communication between them and admin are. Its a shame this company don't offer a recycle of old furniture service as it indicates this might be an option on emails. However, the 2 delivery workers more than made up for these negatives and were excellent. It was clear they were trying their best not to damage my walls/doors getting x2 very heavy and large items to my upstairs room of choice. They delivered them, unpacked them and put them exactly where I asked. Took all the packaging as expected. I couldn't be happier with the items and delivery. These workers worked extremely hard and I hope their salary demonstrates value to them for that. As a customer I am very pleased with their service and would use again. Thank you!

Really helpful delivery guys. Had clearly had a long drive (Scottish delivery) and into a tight street but couldn’t have been more helpful.

The two men who delivered my new sofa-bed were excellent - professional, polite and very quick.
They had no problem dropping off at my preferred spot and then carefully taking it through the garden, unpacking and bringing it through the patio doors. They placed it carefully into the space, assembled it and made sure that I understood how to use the mechanism.
Top marks, gentlemen!

The delivery guys were excellent thank you. The administration was appalling and unresponsive. The day before delivery I received texts and emails advising of delivery time. Sadly I received two of both with different delivery times!! I noticed this at 4:57 pm. I immediately phoned the office to find it closed for the evening but I left an urgent message. I also sent an email asking for clarification. I received no response to either phone or email message, there clearly is not emergency cover at night. My day has been seriously upset as I felt I had to cover two possible times at opposite ends of the day. Fortunately the item was delivered in the earlier of the two slots ie 7:00am to 10:00 am but I have received no apology for the confusion. Not great company in my opinion.

Gave my preferred day of the week for delivery which worked very well, time slot given the night before and the delivery team text me in the morning with an eta. Lovely polite team who got my lovely sofa through the back garden and up a couple of stairs. Would recommend this company.

I am absolutely in love with my sofa bed — it’s even more beautiful than I expected! The quality is amazing, it’s so comfortable, and it has completely transformed my space. Delivery was smooth, on time, and the team were incredibly kind and professional. Thank you for such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Excellent delivery service. They were very accommodating with instructions. Clear communication throughout, and left it neat and tidy as we could not be present. Sent us photos too after all assembled, including the bed unfolded - much appreciated!

The delivery took place right in the middle of the time slot allocated. The delivery men were polite and helpful. A pleasure to deal with.

Turned up late and then didn’t take the packaging away as promised. I gave them a tea and use of facilities so was disappointed they didn’t do what they said they would.

Regular communication with customers is so valuable, and Route1 are excellent at staying in touch.

Driver kept me up to date with delivery time. Arrived on time. Sofa and armchair delivery around the back of the house as requested and all packaging was taken away.

The delivery drivers went above and beyond to get my sofa into a difficult entrance. Other drivers would have given up I am sure but they persevered and got it in. Well pleased 🥰

Just had a sofa delivered from Willow and Hall by Route 1. Plenty of advance notice, arrived 8am which was between the 8 and 10 window. Guys were respectful and removed all packaging. Five star deliver in my view

The vendor informed us that the delivery would be 11:00-2:00, however the delivery company arrived at 7am. Fortunately, we have a lock box and the drivers were able to let themselves in and a neighbour supervised. It was less than ideal. The drivers did their best in the circumstances but seemed to have no concept that they were 4 hours outside the allotted time.
