Am very worried. I paid £740 gor 6 tickets for wales v scotland back in september . As february is approaching i ce emailed them several times and have not had the courtesy of any reply???? Reading other teviews i am worried but how can a scam site continue to be allowed. If i dont get a response within the next 7 days i will report to police

Bought tickets for the opening game France NZ of the 2023 world cup which were not delivered. Since then no answer from the site does anybody know how to pressurize them to refund ?
I recommend at least not to use this site,

I ordered tickets for the New Zealand v’s Namibia game for the 15th of September 2023, ordered a year and a half ago.I have not received them. I have emailed the Rugby ticket service on numerous occasions and had no response. I am all ready in Toulouse. If you phone them, you get on answer machine, advising every one is working from home.

We received our tickets the day before the game .. got into the stadium and another couple were in our seats they had the same tickets!!
I have emailed Rugbt Ticket Service on a daily basis since the match once again no reply !!!

Ordered 2 tickets with the highest category 1 in seats, for the wc 2023 game new zealand vs nambia 2,5 years ago for a total of 575€.

I had no idea this was a reselling site. It looked legit. i have learned that this is a scam/fraudulent site.

I have sent numerous mails, they can’t be reached by phone, but no replies sofar from the company. An expensive lesson and a real disappointment.

SO BE WARNED: don’t do business through the rugby ticket service site. It’s a scam.

Ordered tickets for tomorrows opening game 2 1/2 years ago as. 40th birthday present.

24 hours before and still no tickets sent. I had no idea this was a reselling site. Had I have known I would have found the Legitimate site.

sat waiting after spending £800 on getting to Paris and to stay and still don’t know whether I have tickets or not

Good morning, this is the third poor review I have left for this company.
The background is I bought tickets for Wales v Ireland and Wales v England for her birthday and Valentines day presents. Not cheap at a total spend of 1465.80 Euros. We had issues with the tickets for the Wales v Ireland game, but at the last minute tickets were sent and we had a lovely time.
We were unable to go to the Wales v England match and communicated this to Rugby Ticket Services. They acknowledged and advised we would be subject to their contractual penalties, we reluctantly agreed to accept 40% back!!!
I sent 5 emails asking for the refund and one day before the match was played they sent through our tickets. They have ignored every email sent to them thereafter. They are an awful company to deal with and hide as many companies do behind emails. There phone lines are still unmanned blaming Covid19 as the reasons. I am considering legal action out of principle. Any advice gratefully received, thank you. Steve

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
I paid over 230euros for 2 tickets to the Italy wales rugby match in March 2022 when the tickets first came out.
2 days before the match i had to chase for the tickets.
The seats were not where I had booked/paid for…instead i got 2 x 30euro tickets in the corner.
I have asked for a refund of the difference 3 times now and they are refusing.

I paid €770 for two tickets to England v Scotland then due to covid law changes the match was due to be cancelled. I accepted a voucher for 100% but the England/Italy match I wished to attend only appeared on the website for an hour last week and the voucher did not work. The emails I have received in reply to my queries have been unhelpful to the degree I can only conclude this is a scam. I am reporting the website to trading standards.

I've bought 2 tickets worth 60 euros each for the home match Italy Scotland. They send you the tickets with the original price but they charge a 33% more!!!

I have used them in the past for Italy Vs England tickets without a problem, but I purchased 4 tickets for France Vs England in this year's 6 Nations. My business partner and I made a very expensive trip to Paris, to make it a special weekend with our wives, and on arrival at the Stade de France, we were told that 2 of the 4 tickets had already been used, meaning that they had been cloned. We were sent to the FFR desk who said they could do nothing. I even said to them that if my tickets are cloned and the perpetrators enter the stadium before me, that is then my problem, to which they responded 'Yes'! Rugbyticketservice have since promised to refund me the almost 2000Euro for the 4 tickets but this has not been forthcoming and they have gone silent. The tickets MUST have been cloned within their process of purchasing the tickets and reselling them to me, which means their security is compromised and untrustworthy - I would not use this company for tickets - it is unsafe and they are untruthful.
***REVISION*** Since writing this review, I have been fully compensated for the ticket value from Rugby Ticket Service. It does not reimburse me for the bad experience and my travel and accommodation costs, but I feel I must be fair in my review.

Fuyez ce site. Oui ils sont très réactifs à tous les mails que vous leur envoyez mais au moment où vous recevez votre billet ( 3 jours avant le match) vous vous apercevez que vous avez payé 300euros un billet qui en vaut 130 !!! Et ils vous expliquent que vous avez des places de choix ! Rien à voir avec la catégorie choisie.

As stated on our website at the terms and conditions we are a reseller of rugby tickets and the price on the ticket can be different then the price paid for the tickets.
All tickets in Category 1 are the same price and there is no difference between lower or upper tier.
C'est presque une arnaque et je ne lâche pas l'affaire.

Rugby Ticket Service sale tickets almost 3 times their facial value. I am appaled by these methods, as there are no valid reasons to explain such a price. I ordered in septembre for a game in february, and I had to insist to have my ticket delivered at home rather than in my hotel in Wales as recomended by the site. I want to underline that the customer service has always been very available and nice, I advise them to change job as Rugby Ticket Service don't deserve such good employees. I do not recommend at all.

Bought tickets for the France vs Ireland game back in October. Asked for a refund but were told that no refund will be given as the game will still go ahead sometime in the future. No regard is given to the fact that I wont be able to attend the rescheduled date. I was told that I must sell the tickets myself. Further research shows that RugbyTicketServices is not an official ticketing supplier and only buy and sell tickets on a secondary market and wash their hands of anything going wrong after delivering your tickets. They do not provide any customer service post purchase.

DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM THEM!

Absolute appalling! Stay away from this place. This place is a scam!

After the cancellation of the Italy vs England game I was expecting a full refund on the tickets I purchased, only to be told that at present they will not refund the money as they are waiting for the Italian Union to offer more information. The inference is that the tickets remain valid for the rearranged fixture and if I dont require the tickets I should sell them. Seems quick enough to take the money (350 Euros) but wash their hands when things go wrong.
Certainly will not be using them again, and will not reccomend to anyone I know.
