Selling tickets is in the DNA of our company. The passion for sport, with rugby in particular, was central to the establishment of Rugby Ticket Service. It all started in 2007 when the ‘event junkies’ behind the company visited a lot of rugby matches. Best event ever I've seen in the last two years, an I had visited NFL London game at Wembley, football in London, Dortmund, Munich vor Frankfurt... Next year I want visit a Rugby match again and in 2023 there will be the world championship in France

Legit tickets but bad seats.
Correct communication and information by mail. Tickets were official and let us in the stadion normally. The negative points: we paid a lot for a ticket and had quite bad seats (one of the lowest rows with a bad view).
So legit tickets but bad seats (for that price).

The price you have paid is the result of several factors. Availability of the tickets, the method of delivery of the tickets and the demand for and supply of tickets determines the selling price. This is the reason that prices may vary from day to day, and sometimes the selling price varies from the original price.
As reseller, we buy and sell tickets above face value from a huge network of suppliers. We aim to give customers the tickets which are increasingly hard to get and let them experience something unique. We are very sorry to read that you did not experienced it like that.
Despite this, we still hope that you enjoyed the match.

Efficient service with lots of communications
I was extremely nervous about booking through a reseller but I'd missed the window to get tickets direct and really wanted to get to this game. The service was efficient and ... most importantly ... there was lots of communications about how things would work, an emergency number if we needed help, etc. I would use them again.
