It all started in 2007 when the ‘event junkies’ behind the company visited a lot of rugby matches. Was charged something like £90 for a ticket - in what I thought was a good seat - received a 20 euro ticket after been told the seat was "upgraded" from Category 4 to 3 - no way - "downgraded"!!

The price you have paid is the result of several factors. Availability of the tickets, the method of delivery of the tickets and the demand for and supply of tickets determines the selling price. This is the reason that prices may vary from day to day, and sometimes the selling price varies from the original price.
As reseller, we buy and sell tickets above face value from a huge network of suppliers. We aim to give customers the tickets which are increasingly hard to get and let them experience something unique. We are very sorry to read that you did not experienced it like that.
Despite the pricing and seating location, we still hope that you enjoyed the match.

Great communication and good seats at a reasonable premium to the face value. We were concerned about the risk of using a reseller/broker service but convinced by the consistently good reviews, especially compared to other sites, and we were not disappointed so happy to add to those reviews!

Honestly I was not sure, even though the customer service was super helpful and professional. I think you always have a little doubt. That was cured the moment me and my best friend walked into the stadium at Yokohama. What a magic experience and then for SA to go on and win it. BIG thank you for the tickets and service.

You charge a great deal ( and a delivery charge !!!) and I ended up with the worst tickets int eh ground for the World cup final . You sold them to me without any promise of where they would be despite my request and this was the poor outcome

We are very sorry to read that you were not happy with the tickets you received!
We receive the exact seating details only a couple weeks prior to the game from our suppliers. Therefore, we offer general categories on our website instead of specific seats.
Untill right before the start of the tournament we did not know the exact delivery method of the Rugby World Cup tickets. Because of this, we did charge all clients for the possible payment costs . As soon as we knew that most of the Rugby World Cup tickets were going to be e-tickets, we refunded the €10 to everyone who initially paid for the shipping costs.
We hope that, even though you were not satisfied with your seats, you did have a great time in Japan!

The ticket came as promised albeit wasn't the one advertised on the website however it was in the same category. The fact that there was somebody on the end of a phone was a great comfort

RWC19 tickets from Rugby Ticket Service worked a dream!
Was very sceptical about buying a bronze match ticket online from an unknown Netherlands supplier for the Wales V NZ match. However, faith totally restored As had brilliant seats on the 10th row behind the posts & anyone worried about using a printed E ticket at RWC19 Final following press commentary that tickets from resellers are turned away is complete rubbish.
