Selling tickets is in the DNA of our company. The passion for sport, with rugby in particular, was central to the establishment of Rugby Ticket Service. It all started in 2007 when the ‘event junkies’ behind the company visited a lot of rugby matches. France v England
We received tickets for the France v England game however in my opinion your web site did not fully explain that your ticket category rating against the actual Stade de France category rating were different. I was disappointed with the original tickets you sent however you did respond to my emails/telephone calls and upgraded our ticket allocation which I was grateful for. Cost wise however I was still somewhat surprised that you charged €126 for €40 tickets which seemed extravagant. Trust this helps.

I paid for 2 tickets for €200,00 each
I paid for 2 tickets for €200,00 each. I received €75,00 tickets, few days before the game. Unacceptable ! I couldn't imagine online services like this one were still using such thief methods in 2020...
Won't do it agin. Won't use it again. Won't recommand it of course. I prefer telling everyone I know what happened to me. Maybe a lot of my friends won't be fooled the way I was.

The price you have paid is the result of several factors. Availability of the tickets, the method of delivery of the tickets and the demand for and supply of tickets determines the selling price. This is the reason that prices may vary from day to day, and sometimes the selling price varies from the original price.
As reseller, we buy and sell tickets above face value from a huge network of suppliers. We aim to give customers the tickets which are increasingly hard to get and let them experience something unique. We are very sorry to read that you did not experienced it like that.
Despite this, we still hope that you enjoyed the match.

Easy to book and when I had a query it was easy to phone some and actually talk to a person who was very helpful. Would definitely use the site again.
