Selling tickets is in the DNA of our company. The passion for sport, with rugby in particular, was central to the establishment of Rugby Ticket Service. It all started in 2007 when the ‘event junkies’ behind the company visited a lot of rugby matches. Excellent service and communication.
Rugby Ticket Service provided excellent service and communication for Rugby World Cup 2019 Tickets. The automatic refund of the (small) paper ticket fee (as the RWC offered e-Tickets) was a great indicator of Rugby Ticket Service's integrity. Their offer of a 24 hour customer service phone line also instilled confidence (although there was no need for me to call the line).

I got charged 99 Euro for tickets (which i didnt mind), BUT, when they were sent out they were worth 45 Euro, the ticket have the price written on them, i was ripped off and do not recommend this site

Rugby Ticket Service is a ticket reseller, which means that we purchase and sell our tickets on the secondary market. Because of this, both our purchase price and selling price are based on the current market value. This price can indeed be higher than the face value of the tickets.

This is a trustworthy site. I got my e-tickets within 14 days of buying them and got into the World Cup Wales v Australia match with no problem at all.
I was a bit nervous initially when purchasing online but I need not have worried👍🏻👍🏻

I ordered RWC tickets for Wales v Australia. Tickets arrived 2 weeks before match as promised. Good tickets, great match, excellent result.
Very pleased with professional service despite my initial scepticism.

Rugbyticketservice is reliable and can be trusted.
Despite it then having a low profile online presence I took a chance and ordered tickets for the Rugby World Cup in Japan from Rugby Ticket Service. RWC Ltd had expressly forbade the purchase of tickets from what it called "unofficial sources" and issued dire warnings that such tickets would not be honoured. I had found it virtually impossible to buy tickets from RWC Ltd.
My e-tickets came ten days in advance of the tournament and I went on to encounter no problems whatsoever with the scanners on entering stadiums. Any misgivings I may have had were unfounded.
