Selling tickets is in the DNA of our company. The passion for sport, with rugby in particular, was central to the establishment of Rugby Ticket Service. It all started in 2007 when the ‘event junkies’ behind the company visited a lot of rugby matches. We appreciate your feedback! The reason our prices may be different is because we are a re-seller of rugby tickets. This means that our prices are based on the supply and demand for the tickets. It can happen sometimes that the tickets you request are difficult to get, and we also end up having to pay a lot more than the original ticket price. After all, for the right price everything is for sale. All to make sure our clients attend the match they want to see.

So booked tickets for me n my mum. I took her to Rome for the game Italy v ire and to see the sights...
look the tickets are fairly expensive versus local price.. but with rugbytickets u can buy way in advance with confidence they will be their .. so you can plan your trip around that certainty ... I used them before for a game in Paris and no problems their either
So I would be happy enough to recommend them as reliable..

Seating Options aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad
Seating Options. Despite booking early and paying a premium rate, we found ourselves (7 people) sitting right at the back of the stadium next to stadium concrete wall. I would prefer to have the opportunity to see where we are sitting before the tickets are issued. Then I should be able to reject if required.
Also I was asked to provide individual personal details for all our guests and informed that each ticket was matched to each person individually. The tickets arrived with no means of determining which ticket was for which person. It didn't matter on the day because no one checked each person against each individual ticket. What a waste of time!

Thank you for your honest feedback! We always provide our clients with seats within the category they requested. One factor that also influences where within the requested category you sit is how many people are in your group. For us, of course, it is important that the whole group sits together, so this might also limit where within the category you sit.
On requesting individual personal details, it has happened in previous tournaments that people do get checked prior to entering the stadium. All we want to do is to make sure you do get in and can enjoy the game you paid for without any issues.
We hope you did have a nice Six Nations experience!
Very easy to book tickets
Very easy to book tickets. Our seats were good with an unrestricted view from a lower tier. It would be nice to be able to choose seats from the allocated area however this is a minor point and didn't spoil our day in any way.
