The audio has failed on two of my interval sessions. If I pay £15.99 I expect a faultless premium service.
The app is full of bugs

I have been running for 7 years. 6 months ago, I picked up this app and it is one of the best products I have used anywhere. Not just in fitness. I mean for any product I have ever used.
The runs are fun, it works seamlessly and since I’ve stuck exactly to what they prescribe me on the runs - I have avoided injury and decreased my 5K time substantially.
This is a must have for any recreational runner who has never had a coach but wants to take their running to the next level.
I could not recommend this app more.

Superb App. I started running at the age of 64. I am now 66. In March 2023,I went out for a 5km jog with my daughter who was training for the London marathon. I was who’s out for a week. She told me that she used the Runna App. I signed up. In October that year, I ran a first half marathon in 1:42 at 65. Since then, my time has come down to 1:29.44 in Swansea 2024. This has all been down to the App. It gets me out and guides me through all the sessions. It can be a tough taskmaster but, for me, the proof is in the results.

Great structured / varied / interesting plans. They are achievable goals with easy coaching that adapts as you progress. Just putting your running trainers is hard enough, after that leave it to runna and see the improvements.

The app is amazing it’s really personalised for the individual using it. You can set run days, strength, mobility and Pilate days to help your runs and aid recovery. There is even a programme for post-partum and returning from injury.
The AI feature is great as it means you don’t come to a plateau and great for entering a rough time for any runs that you plan to do. Also you don’t get loads of commentary leaving you to concentrate on your run and listening to your favourite music or podcast.
The handy little tips are also great to get a deeper understanding of what you need to do and the importance of these little nuggets that we don’t always think about.
I like that it adds in deload weeks so your body has time to rest, recover and repair before picking up again rather than stretching the body to the limit. It’s definitely worth the price.

I started my running journey at 36. Awful form, barely running a 2.5 km with a heart rate of 190+. I tried other apps for a while but I didn't enjoy them. With Runna, I am now getting the challenging AND enjoyable training plans that not only push me to the limit, but also help me get PBs that I never dreamt of in life. From VO2Max of 37 to 53 in a year! 1:40 half marathon! Getting closer to a sub-20 5k! Hard, sometimes too hard. But motivational!

Old fashioned app, everything is just so bad, first you give them access to all your runs at Strava, and then they pretend to make a program fitted your level. Totally mismach between my previous trading and the "New" program. Everything was to fast. And the anoiing woman counting every f... Lap or mile. Interrupting the music you are playing. Cannot pare my Polar watch to the app. Just a bad bad app. Choose something else.

Training for the Great South Run (as a beginner to running) and Runna has really helped me stay on track and be consistent in the lead up to the race. Looking forward to booking my next race to have something else to work towards!!

love the treadmill vs outside option ✨ great app to help you train for runs. Would love it if it was possible to choose the intensity and more options for goals. Like ok my goal is to run that race, but is it performance i seek? or only to be able to do it? how much time am i able to spend into training? etc

I bought a Runna subscription as a gift for my wife some time ago. I was requested to use the same gift idea again as she found it very useful indeed!

This app is great for people who need guidance with increasing their distance and pace. The pace setter telling me when to go faster or slower is really helpful and I enjoy the variety within my program. Spotify playlists provide soundtracks and warm up/cool downs are included.
I paid for a subscription after a free trial.

Despite being a member of a local running club, Runna has enhanced my training. It has managed to motivate me into pushing me out of my comfort zones and habits.

It was easy to purchase a gift card for my loved one who wants to start running.

Great interface and usability but the lack of performance based interaction means the experience isn't much different from any plan you can find online.

As a former NAIA collegiate runner, this has been the best app since I have graduated. The custom and thorough plans to match my fitness have increased my motivation and commitment tenfold. Great app!
