Dominic Challinor and Peter Hill have helped us remortgage and the service they have provided is nothing short of fantastic! After the sale of another property fell through it made our original remortgage proposal null and void. At short notice, both Dominic and Peter sprung in to action helping us secure another deal. ​As a first-time buyer, I was dreading heading into the process of securing a mortgage. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Conor had everything under control.

​He explained the process thoroughly and reaffirmed the steps as we reached each stage, including when Lizzie would become involved to support the application. I really appreciated this, as I don't deal well with an immediate change of contact person.

​At all stages, I was openly asked if I had any questions or feedback on the process so far. While gathering paperwork was a stressful undertaking for me, going back and forth with my accountant (I imagined Conor banging his head against his office wall!), he was nothing but patient and friendly.
