Was a very smooth process to re-mortgage for an help to buy. Conor and lizzie where amazing very approachable and answered any question’s I had and put all the stress I thought this process was going to cause to bed. Would definitely recommend Ryder and Dutton mortgage to friends and family and will use there services again in the future.

My experience has been a very positive one. My mortgage advisor Rob Paley has been a massive support all through the stages. With the help of Harriet Thompson my dedicated administrator the whole process has been seamless and hitch free. Would definitely recommend MAB to anyone.

Vicky Charlesworth and Cassie Coates were brilliant and helped me so much as well as saving me a lot of money. They were communicative, understood what I needed and had knowledge of where I was up to with my mortgage, insurance and house purchase without me having to explain each time I spoke. I couldn't have asked for more from them and I'm really happy with how everything went. They made sure I knew when they needed info from me and they always stuck to, or were available for, agreed phone appointments. At no point did I feel pressurised into anything that didn't meet my needs and I'm really happy with the mortgage and insurance that I took out with them. We've been using Ryder & Dutton MAB ever since our first house purchase in 2017 and it wasn't a question that we would reach out to them again for our renewals in 2020 and 2025. Their service, knowledge and expertise just took all of the uncertainty and complexities of mortgages out of the equation for us and we knew we could just rely on them to ensure we got the best deal possible.
Our contact Mick Royle has been first class throughout, his communication with us has been prompt, friendly and he's always answered everything with clear explanations to help us in our understanding.

Our MAB support administrator, Mohammed Shoaib has been speedy and prompt in processing our application and ensuring the paperwork was uploaded quickly to our account for review.

All in all, we can't fault this service and believe its great value for money if navigating the world of mortgages and mortgage rates is not in your own area of expertise.
