Very good and prompt service

Very good and prompt service.
I am very happy they started home delivery. We used to go to the shop every month when we were in London. But as we moved to Kent, it gets difficult to buy Indian groceries now. Sadda’s online delivery is a great support.
I like that they contact you for substitutes by text or phone if anything from order is unavailable.

Well this is the one of the worst store…

Well this is the one of the worst store I have ever seen. They don’t provide home delivery second time if you miss the first attempt. I spent £8.99 on delivery charges and £8 on bus ticket for collecting my parcel from 52 minutes away from my house. And when I told to customer service on chat they said I’m lying I literally showed all the proofs like bus tickets parcel collecting pass etc. So I must say to call yourself layer better stay away from customer service. And at the last when I got my parcel after so much struggle packing was worst. Some maggi noodles packets were open in parcel. I only can suggest everyone better stay away from this sadda store.

Poor parcel delivery

The courier company did not come to our property at all (we can confirm this as we have a ring, video surveillance system installed). They left the parcel in a nearby SPAR shop. It was a little inconvenient for us.

Missing items and no substitutes

I like the packing and on time delivery. They have a wider variety of products and there is consistency in the availability too.

However i am very unhappy with the customer service. I usually order a brand of sona masoori rice and anytime i want to order 2 bags of the same kind i am not able to. If i order 2 different brands they allow but not of the same type.. online it is not possible to add the same brand but after placing the order of 2 different brands i had once called up and they substituted the new brand with the same one that i wanted and next time when i wanted to do the same they bluntly said its against the company policy and did not accommodate. They sent me 2 different rice bags and were not ready to see the logic in the request of sending 2 bags of the same brand.

Second thing is, in November 2022 they had not sent me something that i had ordered and since then i have been asking them to refund my money back for that product with no success.i had followed up many times but all they say is they will refund but they do not. This has happened twice so far but the first time they had refunded the money immediately. So pleas check your order bill when you receive the items as there are many chances of missing items.
