My glasses are fantastic, customer service was great - timely and helpful responses. Lost one star bc the order took longer than they indicated it would. I would order again from them though.

I placed an order on AUG29, was told on SEP13 to expect glasses to be ready in a few days. Then i was told on SEP23 that it took longer than expected to receive the frames and they would be ready to ship by SEP26. Then today SEP28 i am told they have to contact the company in which the frames were ordered to find out where the frames are. So saltcityoptics has the frames in their possession then no longer has them and needs to find out why they have not received them? I have been lied to for a month. So i open a PayPal dispute so that i can get some help getting a solid reason for the delay. And saltcityoptics decides to cancel my order, shady business practice. Use them at your own risk, They do not update you on your order you have to contact them to find out whats going on then they give you the runaround.

Poor communication and it took way too long! Rep told me he was sorry for the wait (after I contacted them a 2nd time) and said he would offer a partial refund if it was not there by a certain date, guess what... it was not there by that dat and I never heard anything from them again.

This is my second time using Salt City Optics for my prescription lenses and I was somewhat disappointed this time around. The first time was wonderful. No complaints at all. However, this time, I reached out two times to inquire about my order and my phone calls were never returned. I was lucky enough to get a sales rep my third time and he explained to me that there was an issue with one of my lenses. He was cool about everything and upgraded my shipping to next day as a courtesy. I just wish I was kept in the loop and had my calls returned.

Everything went smoothly from purchase to receiving. I even decided a day after ordering my frames that I liked a different frame better and they made the change without issue. I will definitely shop for prescription eyewear from Salt City Optics again.

Got good advice from a Salt City rep about which bike glasses to choose, and help from another rep to get the glasses to me before a bike tour. Good job, thanks

Love my glasses. When I called to ask a question, I was able to speak to a live person.

Quality is fine but I ordered two lenses and they both were very slow to ship.

My Oakley Flak Jacket XLJ Prescription Sunglasses are the best fitting sunglasses that I have ever worn. This is the perfect size for my slightly narrow square face. I could not find this model of Oakley's on the other websites. Great job!

When the RayBan frame was waitlisted , it took some time to update status, and when I tried to comunicate by mail , it took a couple of days before I received a response.

Have purchased from Salt City Optics twice now, both times good experiences. Most recently I used their chat function to get replacement lenses for a pair of sunglasses. They have been responsive when I had questions on my order and I will likely shop with them again in the future.

I am happy with the quality of my Oakley's and the online service was easy and prompt.

The customer service team worked with me to choose an ANSI rated frame that would work for my high prescription...something else I had been unable to find anywhere else, online or otherwise.

Superior prescription lenses for my Oakley glasses. Got progressive clear and gray Oakley glasses. Have use them the past three years. Cody took my order and did a great job on what I wanted. Best lenses and glasses I have ever had. Highly recommend them to all.

I was told it would take 10 days to receive my glasses, but it took over a month, and I had to call multiple times to get any sort of updates. Glasses are great though
