I purchased a stove on May 2024 and the regulator was leaking gas in December 2024 before Christmas. I called the technician to tell them about my issue and story short, no one has been able to fix a simple problem. They always schedule and then no one shows up. I am wasting my time and I am very annoyed and pissed. I have kids I have to feed and takeout has been a huge weight on me. I should not be able to purchase another appliance to fix this issue. This is ridiculous and no one can help. They will do noting about it. They are irresponsible. No wonder no one likes this company. If Apple had a stove, I would purchase it. No wonder no one likes android.

NEVER BUY SAMSUNG AGAIN!! Samsung washing machine Model

Samsung washing machine Model: WW90T936DSX: bought 2021 paid for extended 5 yr warranty. It's broken twice already (2022: pump issue; 2024 from panel failed and stopped using hot water). Engineer says they"dont have the same quality as used to". The biggest joke is trying to get help from 'support' team!! Passed pillar to post, going over and over same details, to someone I can barely understand (Morocco, then Far East?), had to endure lots of things to try, then failed callbacks, then had to send a video (3 times) and eventually agreed to get engineer out. Total joke of a company. Will NEVER buy Samsung anything again!

Samsung sucks…

I purchased a fridge and it was not turning on. Submitted a claim and samsung rep stated it was due to wster damage and they could not honor warranty. I paid an appliance tech to come and check it and they stated it was a faulty motherboard and showed me where damage is. Now Samsung will not accept it. I wanted to show them invoice notes and pictures to get reimbursement and they said they cannot honor- or pay for my repair- samsung- you suck!

Your warranty don’t mean jack!

Robot representatives who can’t give details unless it is scripted. “That is what the technician wrote on a repair ticket but you and I can’t talk to them”, or “They ran the diagnostics and that’s what they said happened so there’s nothing else we can do.” New zflip6 stopped responding to touch. Using Samsung’s troubleshooting tips…all 14 of them, nothing worked. Went to one of their service centers and they said they can’t fix it and will have to send to samsung and that this has been a known and increasing issue with the new flip 6s. Sent it to Samsung and just got a quote for over $300 and that it’s not covered under warranty. So I called to tell them the phone is still under warranty and the rep says, the tech stated on the report that the warranty didn’t apply because in receipt of the phone, there was no screen protector and scratches. I told her the screen protector was removed per their troubleshooting tips on their site and there were no physical damages to the phone when I sent it. She puts me through to the repair service and this guy says the tech diagnostic report notes a screen damage inside the phone, so no that’s not covered under warranty, and whatever I had to say after that was pointless because he said no one talks to the technicians, and they just read the reports…can’t make this shit up!!!

I purchased a 600 euro 8kg washing machine 26 months ago, two months out of warranty, the drum collapsed and we would consider this a major part, Samsung refused to acknowledge this and we know have to but another washing machine ..... 600 euro washing machine that lasts 2 years is a disgrace.

Samsung warranties are misleading and useless

I used to love Samsung products. I bought items under the Samsung warranty through Costco and totally regret it. Costco does not help, and Samsung lies and provides no service to fix their product. Don't buy electronics from Costco because they don't back up their products, and Samsung warranties are useless. Samsung never calls you back. I am disappointed in Costco and Samsung.

S95 77” died w/in 45 days - could take months to repair - no commitment given

Samsung S95 77” OLED went dead within 45 days of purchase. Samsung Warranty issued a ticket and sat on it for weeks without doing anything. When contacted they advised a repair part had been ordered and the local tech would call once received (no promises on how long that may take) to schedule repairs within 8-10 days. How do they know what part needs to be ordered if TV was never inspected and all they know is it won’t turn on. In summary, it could take more weeks or months to repair and it is the only TV I have.

In the end I worked with a local retailer to repair/replace as Samsung advised they couldn’t guarantee ANY timing on this. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE that no timeline is given on a warranty repair.

Also, they advised if they repair owner has to take the 77” off of wall. Given I have a soundbar and TV wall installed and no longer have the stand it’s just another huge pain that conveniently for them creates enough of a headache they just make people go away.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

Washing machine just over a year old…

Washing machine just over a year old and smell of burning rubber. Have the 5 year samsung extended warranty and contacted for technician to come out.
Noone showed on expected date and when we called they said service provider didn't service our area, but they failed to let us know or contact one that did.
So it was reactions but we are still waiting on bring contacted by someone.
We live on Gold Coast so shouldn't really be taking this long.
Shocked that we have a burnt out whatever it is after only a year, and annoyed that we are having to make daily phone calls to get someone to look at it.
Definitely think twice before buying Samsung if your on Gold Coast.

Samsung washing machine purchased in 2021
I've now had to have 2 seals replaced. These are not covered under their "fabulous" guarantee
I'm careful and have used washing nets etc
I have owned many makes of machines and feel really cross about this one. It's now cheaper to scrap it and buy another machine due to cost of the seal and fitting

I purchased a galaxy s24 April 8 2024…

I purchased a galaxy s24 April 8 2024 from Amazon, it was an international phone which at the time meant nothing to me. In June the charging port said moisture detected and the signal became almost non-existent. I contacted Samsung customer service and they had me take it to a local service center. The service center told me it had a bad charging port and a pinched RF ribbon and that I'd have to send it to Samsung. Samsung had me ship it to them only to tell me it is an international phone and has no warranty so I told them to ship it back to me. 2 weeks later I get it and it won't turn on, no matter what I try. I called Samsung to ask what happened and I was told that they detected water in the phone, bs I told them but it didn't matter. I took it to a local repair shop, they told me it had no water damage and the battery was unplugged which wouldn't allow the the phone to start. Also, the RF ribbon was faulty and needed replaced. I almost threw this phone away. $145 later I have my $900 phone back. Local repair man said he hears stories like mine all the time. I will never own another Samsung anything ever again.

Horrible Service

I guess this review is just to vent, since all the other reviews are also 1 star.
I bough a 73" TV and it continues to switch out of the HDMI to Sansung TV of coarse.
In others words the TV forces us to only watch Sansung TV. I contacted the warranty department and what a joke. So far 3 one hour phone calls to repair zero results, 3 technician visits, on the last visit they took the TV! 5 days passed with NO TV! I called yesterday and they informed me they would be here today at 12 noon again No show No call, I will never buy Samsung again!

My Zflip 4 screen went black.

My Zflip 4 screen went black.
I tried to recover it my emergency starting to no avail.
I
Called Samsung to have it fixed and they duly collected it the following day for repair.
The following day I received notification from Samsung they had received my phone at repair centre and it was accepted for repair.
After hearing nothing further for a few days I decided to track my repair via the Samsung procedure to track
Your repair stated on their email.
It stated they had received my phone and the repair was accepted. I JUST WANTED AN IDEA HOW LONG IT MIGHT BE BEFORE MY PHONE WOULD BE RETURNED
If you follow their procedure you must chat to technical on line.
I did this they said they can't contact the repair centre, you do it yourself.
I tried this they don't answer the phone it has polite messaging telling
You how good they are as repair centre.
I went back to Samsung technical they can do nothing they are technical and told me I should receive it in 11 days .
There is an asterisk after this which means they have get out if its not ready.
My phone has gone and no one can find out what state its in or when it Might be returned.
I have wasted well over 1 hr to ask a simple Question. When do you Think I will get it back .
Samsung reply simply put find out yourself.
It is an appaling service I have no phone and no idea who has it or when I will get it back.
Samsung take the repair give it to another company and then say its nothing to do with us.
Use this service at your peril.

They are bad

Their dryer does not work from the moment I plugged it in. I have scheduled the warranty guaranteed certified repair service and they did not arrive on 2 separate occasions. I missed 2 days of work so far and still only have a non-working hunk of metal for my trouble. I don't expect them to show ever based upon my chat with their customer service, which I am suspicious is an A.I. agent only and not a person.

Poor product Warranty not honored

I purchased an A14 less than a year ago. It began to type on its own and freeze up. I took it in for repairs but was told it was unrepairable by samsung. Now instead of replacing it they are requiring me to purchase another phone. I just purchased this phone. A warranty is a joke when it comes to samsung. They just want us to pay more for poor quality.
