After visiting many local dealers and carefully considering my options, I decided to import a vehicle myself. The process initially seemed straightforward, but there are important factors to keep in mind. One crucial aspect is having a customs clearance broker who can also assist with delivery to your address.
In my case, I didn’t have any contacts, and the quotes I received for this simple task were excessively high. However, about a week before my vehicle's arrival, I reached out to SAT, and they provided both clearance and delivery services.
The vehicle arrived in excellent condition and was more affordable compared to local options. Overall, I had a satisfactory experience.

I want to leave a fair and honest review, and I’ll start with the good points. The experience with this company was largely positive, and I really appreciate the team’s efforts. Noa, the salesman, was fantastic from the start really helpful and attentive. When we first purchased the car online, she immediately assisted with the process and ensured everything went smoothly.
The dealership as a whole was great to deal with, and even when we needed further clarification on certain aspects, they were supportive. Shinsuke, the manager, was also helpful in getting everything sorted and kept us informed throughout the process. The team made sure everything was handled professionally, and despite the holiday season causing some natural delays, they did their best to keep things moving. The car itself has been fantastic, and their commitment to ensuring a seamless experience was clear.
The only small hiccup we had was that some documents took about two week longer than expected to arrive from Japan. It wasn’t a major issue, but something that could be improved for an even smoother experience.

It was the first time I purchased a vehicle online from Japan, and I did it after a lot of research. I had friends in Japan, and they also checked the company. I would give 4 stars because the customs clearance agent was not very helpful. I had to do follow ups to get update.

The car I got was ok, the premium I paid for speed of delivery was a complete ripoff, the lies I was told regarding it being on a ship when it sat in a lot for months was unacceptable.

I ordered two cars, and the process was straightforward. I was worried at the start about how things would go, and I received delivery of both vehicles three days ago. I am very satisfied with their service and also the price. I have saved a lot by purchasing directly. You would have to wait for 4 to 8 weeks, but you will end up getting the car in good condition and save thousands of dollars.

The worst Japanese car dealer ever and…
The worst Japanese car dealer ever and cannot recommend anyone to buy from them. Good communication until you do your payment and then they leave you beg for updates. They deliberately used consignee details unknown to me despite the fact that i provided my details as consignee details and then proceeded to charge usd 500 for an amendment and "container handling"...a fees they never mentioned from the start. They never used my address to dispatch original documents, they instead sent to their agent. Bought car on 24th october 2024 to Kenya and only arrived on 7th December, 2024 with little to no communication and lots of frustration. Currently considering a legal suit against them. Never ever recommend to buy from them.

Communication was very good, although I found a car closer to home, they followed up and kept in contact until I responded. Very pleasant online experience for me.
Bad Customer Service
They were only available to answer all your questions when you were about to purchase or reserve your vehicle. However, after payment was received, their customer service was awful. I have to keep reaching out to find out what the update is on my vehicle after they told me my vehicle would be shipped within 3 days. It has still been weeks, and my vehicle hasn't been shipped. I reached out to customer support many times with no response. Then I have been asking myself if this is legit.

Really friendly and understanding!
From looking online at a purchase, and started a conversation through their WhatsApp text services. There I was able to find out more about the product through my messaging, and when i faced hardships with loosing my job, they were understanding when it came to arrangement with my reservation deposit.
Great help and customer service, and I hope to follow up with another 5* review when I recieve my car.
