Poor service

If I could give this zero stars I would.
My husband received the worst service with a supervisor after his shoes ripped after having them for one week.
He was told to go buy a new pair of shoes, cut the tongue out of the ripped shoe and send that to them and then wait for his replacement pair of shoes in the mail.
This is the most asinine thing I have ever heard.
The supervisor said his boss doesn’t take calls and have a nice day.

A week after I purchase the shoes they…

A week after I purchase the shoes they started to rip at the glue section and saucony would not replace my shoes for me they said it had to send them in which I could not as I was wearing them as I don't have enough money to buy a second pair they would not replace them I will never buy Saucony shoes again. I spoke with the customer service agent they were absolutely horrible to deal with will never buy these shoes again and will tell my entire group of people I know to never buy the shoes

Who did the Saucony/Strava 50

Who did the Saucony/Strava 50 - 80 KM challenge in Canada. Well I did, and completed the full 80 KM. With 50 Km, you get 30% off good on their web site. with 80 KM, your name is entered into the draw for Saucony runners. Well, after completion, it was submitted and you wait for your email code to start buying. Well, several of us never received emails, how is that possible. I contact Srava, they in turn advised me to contact Saucony. I did and they said just purchase what you want and then let us know the order number and we will adjust, which I did, but the calculations were incorrect and it wasn't 30% off. I proceeded to contact Saucony again, but still they couldn't comprehend the tax base here in Canada as they are situated in the USA. So i'm still out money, and to have to call again and again, and again from start to finish...totally not even worth it. The topper was at the end of the conversation,they have a survey, but the last person i spoke to "Michelle" at customer service - Saucony, would not hand up, therefore I could not do the survey. she is a smart cookie. That is all, just putting it out there.. Not a happy camper here. Not even sure if my name was put in for the draw overall.... on a light note, I did complete the challenge, so Kudos to me

The uppers on Guide 9 and Guide10…

The uppers on Guide 9 and Guide10 support trainers wear quickly , especially at the big toe and at the outer ( little toe ) side . I've had previous Guide trainers ( 5 and 7 ) which wear much better on the uppers and in fact outlast the soles . There's an obvious lack of strengthening in these areas compared with the previous examples , ( as does the latest version Guide ISO ) . I guess Saucony don't take wear seriously any more ...

Crappy new design.

I've loved & worn Saucony for quite some time. The Kinvara 9 is now tearing up my toe ends & bruised one toe nail due to the fit or just a plain defect. Since i've worn then outside Saucony will not exchange them for a larger size; which is the same size i've worn of theirs for 9 years. I have been a diehard Saucony lover for 9 years & even wear them for my trail shoes.

Bad heel jacket

I bought a pair of running shoes some time ago by the brand Saucony Everun. I have run for 25 years but never experienced a shoe with such a bad heel jacket. After less than 400 km the inside of the heel cap is worn away, leaving only hard plastic left. Bad purchase ...

Great Quality shoes.....

I had an issue with a pair of new shoes, they exchanged them no problem and resolved the issue, not sure about the guy who said they dont have a european contact base, there on facebook, and have messenger so was easy to contact them, anyway there great shoes, Ive had over 10 pairs now and only one issue which was sorted.

Really-really poor quality

Super shoe for running but really-really poor quality and no European customer service when you have a problem. We had the shoe for 6 month and the heel was completely damaged!

Very nice design

Saucony sneakers are cool for daily wear. Very nice design, but truth to be told their logo looks quite stupid) Okay, it's not all about logo, right? The quality is excellent. I'm happy.
