I bought a pair of Saucony formfit sneakers at Fleet Feet. I wear size 8 and was fitted with 9 1/2. Eh! BUT THEY STINK! I don’t know how this happens. Is it due to manufacturing or where they were stored or did someone with issues wear them? I am totally grossed out!

The worst shopping experience ever! This is not a complaint about the shoes this is a complaint about their processes and how they seem to nearly always have a problem with ever order!

So I ordered my son a pair of shoes they state in their website 3-6 days delivery, I receive a confirmation email stating it takes 3-4 working days? When the shoes did not show after 6 days I contacted them to be told there was an error when processing your order you will have to wait 6 more days!!!! Meanwhile my sons birthday has been and gone and he still has not received the shoes he wanted! Customer service was rude unhelpful and well let’s just say the whole experience was extremely disappointing! Do not buy direct their useless

So far the customer service is terrible, shoes never arrived and now I’m waiting for them to finish the investigation. At this point, I would be happy with a refund. I’ll never order from Saucony again.

I recently bought my first pair of Saucony running shoes, the RIDE 14 RUNSHIELD. These are winterised running shoes and so you would expect a good grip. The grip is VERY POOR. I complained to Saucony and they said to rub them on dry concrete or use sandpaper to remove any silicone residue and rough the tread up. The grip improved but after some 30 miles the grip is still very poor to the extent that some tarmac has to be run over slowly as it feels like running on ice. The water resistance is good and they are comfortable. Would I recommend Saucony; NO, would I buy Saucony again; NO

Saucony advertising free shipping returns. When you return product they charge $5.00. When they have my total refund it was $8.00. Return was a hassle. I had to go buy a box and shipping tape. I will never order direct from them again. Hidden and deceiving marketing.

Purchased a pair of Mens SAUCONY Triumph running shoes. Wore them 3 times solely for walking and a drive in the car. Noticed that the outer sole as started to peel off already. The soles look just like out of the box, due to no wear, contacted SAUCONY customer service by email…… SAUCONY customer service does not have the decency to reply whatsoever- TERRIBLE SERVICE & TERRIBLE SHOES!

My experience and advise is purchase another brand of sports shoes DEFINITELY NOT SAUCONY!!!

This company is steadily going downhill, now they have given up on quality control it seems by sending out substandard shoes with obvious issues.

The "Cordura" tab is missing from the heel of the Shadow 6000 "Into the Void" shoes I ordered and the fit is now narrow and tight, this may not be a great deal but on a special edition trainer this is a huge failure.

Being a long time wearer of Saucony I am very familiar with their fit & finish and these shoes just don't cut it in any way. Corners have clearly been cut as the sizing is all wrong and the finish is substandard and not what is expected for the over £100 price tag.

After being a fan of 27 years I hate to say that I may stop buying Saucony if this is the sign of what's to come.

Order not delivered.

I bought some running shoes in a sale. My order was not delivered and returned to their distribution centre. I was send a useless voucher code as my shoes were now out of stock and the code does not work on the new version of the shoes. Awful experience.

I got the new women's Hurricane 23. I've had them for almost 6 months now and have never hated a pair of shoes more. I am an active person who workouts regularly and teaches group fitness classes. These shoes busted open on both sides and lost their support nearly a month into wearing them. My feet have never hurt so bad after a run or workout. I am disappointed as I am a fan of the Cohesion shoes and these were just awful. I'll be switching back to Asics.

Dreadful website, never get notifications even after signing up for them, you select a size on the website but it still shows you all the sizes, pick a gender and it still shows you every gender/age group, worst website I've ever used, worst customer service I have come across in years.

They release VERY limited quantities of collaboration/special edition shoes and do not limit purchasers to one pair, I personally know a reseller who purchased 100 pairs of a recent special edition shoe to make a reselling profit.

I ordered two pairs of shoes last Thanksgiving. The company was quick to debit my account but until now I have not gotten my order and there is no delivery date posted on their tracking service. I am beyond disappointed!

Order keeps delaying and no notification at all. Three weeks since my order and two weeks since its expected delivery. Cannot cancel, don't try their online store.

Bought a pair Saucony running shoes, put them away forgot about them,then refound them put them on comfortable felt great until they disintegrated on my feet, they broke apart like a foam ice chest ( not an exaggeration) have a great picture but don't believe I can Include it

I purchased a pair of Cohesion TR 14 shoes in April 2021 and another pair in May 2021. I walk for exercise about 4 miles/day 3-4 days/week, alternating the shoes each day. The shoes were extremely comfortable at first. Yesterday, I discovered that the insoles in both pairs of shoes had worn through, causing blisters on the balls of my feet. I have owned a lot of walking shoes, and the insoles always go before the tread, but I have never had the insoles go bad with only about 2 months of use. I called customer service, which suggested a third-party website for new insoles. Those insoles cost about half of the cost of the shoes. Very disappointing.

Attempted to purchase trainers from Saucony website, Website claimed bank details were not recognised, so I tried again. Same error appeared. They have not acknowledged payment, however I have 2 entries on my bank account going to WolverineWorldwide. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

I have ordered 2 pair of shoes on the site saucony-Sverige.com. One month later I received, after paying customs declaration fee, a pair of fake Ran Ban sunglasses. This is not good for Saucony to let fake sites use there name. I have been in contact with Saucony but the fake site is still up and running.

Ordered trainers which at the time of writing are a week late. Called their customer services only to receive a recorded message saying they couldn't take calls. Then tried emailing them (repeatedly), and have yet to receive an answer. LOVE their shoes, SO disappointed with their customer service es and fulfilment...

This isn't about the quality of Saucony shoes but more about Saucony UK shopping experience. Saucony uses UPS and after wasting 2 days waiting for delivery I simply refuse to buy from Saucony UK in the future.

Order made on 6th April 2021 - They used UPS and you might as well not have any expectations on when receive it with them.

UPS you cannot speak to anyone - all automated communication that just hangs up on you.

The package has been "In Transit" for 5 days and never arrives. It is a joke.

Stop using UPS - they make you look bad!

I purchased a new pair of Saucony shoes 2yrs ago. After wearing first time I told my husband that one shoe sounded and felt funny !! Second time I wore them when I pulled them off, the shoe top and the bottom of shoe was COMPLETELY APART , handing by the heel, literally!! We looked, evidently they were Never glued together!!! ABSOLUTELY NO SIGN OF BEING ATTACHED!! I have Always loved and worn Saucony shoes , but NEVER AGAIN!! I have called twice !! Each time I send pictures like I was told , they would Always tell me that a representative would contact me !!! 2 YRS. LATER, NO CALL!!
